Third person's POV



The hall was insanely clean for people who lived on mud was the first thought that came to Silvius when he looked around. The only thing that made him conscious was the flickering lights that they had just turned on. The guards gave him a deadly glare and walked out of the room. He could see Dallas and his Beta talking with each other giving him once or twice a glance. He smiled at him.

He was so annoying.

So disturbing that he itched to snap his neck. The thought of blood of the Alpha spreading on the white bleached floor just made him shiver with excitement. He chuckled.

Oh how he would lose his mind.


Silvius thought about the consequences.

Of the upcoming war.

He would get his chance. He smiled faintly as he knew he had so many surprises for the handsome Alpha.

Present time.

Nyle's POV



" I had a twin?" I asked Dallas to which he faintly nodded making my bowels move again.

I clutched my abdomen and gritted my teeth. I was feeling naseaus and it was sickening me deeply like as if my whole innard were taken out. This was so unreal. It wasn't a dream

I had a brother. A twin.

" His name was Kyle." said Lady Asberg at last.

Kyle.


" What happened to him?" I asked her. " Or the question is who is he?"

" He was one of the most talented wolf we had in the pack, people preferred him more to you." Lady said in a low voice, " He was even beautiful that he had many suitors from other packs, even Alphas."

" You were innocent, Nyle. You were just too naive to see what he was doing to you." Dallas said.

" He was so dangerous for you. He made sure no one saw you as you are." Lady said, " And somehow he got the secret revealed that you would be the Next Factor and he couldn't digest it and then..."

" He tried to seduce me once," Dallas said, " He was posing as you. He knew how you talked, how you behaved in front of me and I almost believed him if not for his eyes."

" What."

" He said he was humiliated and would surely get me even knowing I had a long crush on you." he said with a tint of blush, " But you were so scared of me and looked at me only with respect that I was the Alpha's son, I just couldn't get myself to tell you."

" When nothing worked, after we had fight which was because I was fighting with the feelings I had for you and you ran away, he followed you had caught you in the woods and...."

" And...?"

He stayed silent shaking his head.

" And what Dallas?" I said shaking his shoulders, " I need to know."

" If it were not for your screams..." Lady Asberg said, " Betas wouldn't have known where you were."

" What happened to me?" I asked with tears on my eyes.

" You were tortured." he said in a calm but menacing voice, " Or the perfect word would be being murdered."

" Betas saw him doing things that are forbidden in the pack." Lady Asberg said with a sad sigh, " He was performing Black Magick, the taboo of any species in the world. He seemed to have perfected it so much that even in the flick of his fingers he could hypnotise anyone."

" He... was performing it on me."

" He was......." Lady Asberg made a pained noise, " He was slicing your body so deeply that we thought you lost all blood."

" You were in pain. So much that you begged me to kill you." Dallas said tightening his hand into fist. " Dad didn't like it at all that someone from his pack was doing forbidden things, he took care of him but Kyle knew how Dad worked. He killed my dad snapping his neck. I.....I couldn't control it. I killed him without second thought."

" It was for the best," she said taking a deep breath, "Your parents and your brothers agreed on that but the damage was done."

" What do you mean?"

" You were traumatised, not only you suffered physical pain but he gave you mental torture." Dallas said, " You wanted to forget that your own brother did that to you."

" We all erased the memories of your brother and anything to do with the incident." Lady Asberg said. " I am sorry, Nyle."

The silence dominated the room as stared at my hands that were covered with weird words swirling around my fingers and wrists. All the blood shed for this.

" So... he is dead." I said at last.

" Yes." Dallas said after a pregnant pause.

Even though he said he was dead or gone, the fact remained that I had seen that person in the vision and he looked so alive or maybe it's just a memory. The reality that I had a brother who wanted to kill me was something I couldn't digest easily. Both Dallas and Lady Asberg somehow knew that. My body went cold as the pale moss green eyes flashed in my mind. I shivered involuntarily.

" Nyle, it's in the past and you have to move on. What happened will be a great lesson to the Pack and the leaders." Lady Asberg said squeezing my hands. I gave a  slight nod and sighed.

" Please don't tell my mom about this. My parents will worry about it for nothing." I say looking at Dallas and Lady Asberg.

They nodded.

" Just rest." Lady Asberg said, " We will talk later about the tattoos. I think I have found some things." She went in her office indicating no one was to disturb her.

" Alpha." a voice called out from the main door. A guard stood looking for Dallas.

" Yes." Dallas said walking out front. His frown getting deeper.

" Beta Diiere and Beta Santos found some carcasses near the end of the Western Frontier. They haven't advanced without your permission." said the guard.

" Okay inform them I am coming as soon as I can and inform Beta Harold about this, I will meet him near the gates." ordered Dallas to which the guard bowed and ran out.

" I will be okay." I said as he sat near me looking at me with his gentle eyes. He grabbed my hand and kissed the back of it.

" You know..." he said with his eyes closed and smile on his lips, " My heart..... My body..... My soul is yours...."

I smiled and closed my eyes as well. The words he whispered to me were of the mating rituals that we were yet to have. I nodded.

" As is mine for yours." I whispered as he leaned his forehead on mine.

" Nothing can come between us, Nyle. Not even Gods." he said as he kissed my lips softly. " Everything will be alright."

" I know."  I loved him with every bit of my soul.

Dallas stood up with last kiss on my lips and walked out. I sighed and got up not feeling the need to sleep. Lady Asberg was in her office looking at some of the papers she was researching on the tattoos. I did not want to disturb her so I went towards the nursery.

The triplets and two or three cubs were only left now, all of them had been adopted or given to their respective parents. I walked towards everyone of them and at last sat beside the triplets curling on the cribs. Their small paws pressing against each other's bodies making me smile widely at their cuteness.
I prayed for their safety and of course that everything would go on peacefully.

That was when I heard something explode outside.

Dallas's POV




" It seems the bodies were not found during the search but looking at the decomposition, the bodies were there at the same time when we found some of our guards killed." Beta Dierre said walking beside me.

" We have also received information from the human rangers territories that several humans were mauled by something 'unnatural'." Beta Harold informed looking at the papers.

" Maybe some untamed wolves." I said, " Not our problems."

" Alpha, they were not found in the state that any wolves would have left them."

" What do you mean?"

" Their........ blood was sucked dry. The only thing that was left was skins and bones."

" What the hell are those Vampires doing in our region, Harold?" I snarled angrily. Harold sighed.

" It weren't Vampires."

I stared at him with my other Betas narrowing our eyes.

" Alpha!" called out the other Beta in the murder scene running towards me. His eyes wide in panic and sweating like a pig.

" What is it, Lionel?" I asked frowning.

" You need to come fast." He said leading the way. I could get the whiff of stench smell. The rotting flesh was the worst, it was so overpowering my nose would get numb if I smelled it anymore. Fortunately Harold gave me a disposible mask wearing one himself.

" We will talk about the other case in my office." I said, he bowed and followed me.

The bodies came in sight and it was not a great sight. It was all black and flesh was melting from the bones as if they were melted by acid. The teeths could be seen baring out as if they had died fighting whatever killed them.

" Who are they?" I asked, the wolves surrounding the bodies looked at me wide eyed and looked at each other.

" The samples we got form the body indicates that they have similar blood group and same pack." said Beta Lionel, " Amber Pack."

" Why the hell Amber Pack's member doing here??!!" I snapped. This was getting troublesome every second.

" Sir..... This... this bodies belong not only to Amber Pack but..."

" But what?!!"

" One of them is Silvius's." said the Beta making my blood go cold. If this is Silvius then who is in the confinement?

I didn't think, I ran shifting into my wolf form towards the Packhouse, my Betas following my trails..

As I reached the gates, the explosion near the  dungeons threw us back with a full force that it knocked air out of my lungs. The only thing that my heart and my mind chanted was Nyle's name over and over again.

Third person's POV







The silence in the room was making him suffocated and he wanted it to go . Urgently. So he decided enough was enough. He stood up.

The guards noticed that and frowned at the man  in the confinement. He had stood up and was stretching his neck and then his arms over his head. His smile was not something they wanted to remember. This guy was creepy as fuck.

" Stay where you are?" shouted one of them but he could smell their fear from where he was. He had to restrain himself form laughing out loud.

" You, inform the Alpha." said one of the guards to the other.

That was when he turned towards them and waved his hand towards the guard that ordered. In a second the guard was flung towards the hard wall and broke his neck. The other guards stunned at what happened stared at their now dead comrade and then at the werewolf trapped inside or was it even a werewolf?

They pointed their guns towards the culprit and snarled as insults at him.

He twisted his fingers as if he was holding something in his hands and half of the guards flew upwards with their hands blindly trying to get something invisible off their neck. Their eyes turning red with lack of blood and air and choking on nothing. With a tight squeeze the guards choked and fell dead on the floor. He smiled as he stretched his neck again.

His face suddenly twisted and the skin started  to get loose and melt like wax from the face, the bones of his body clicked and clacked until they returned to a comfortable position.

He screamed in pain as he fell on the ground twisting in pain and agony. It was always like whenever he disguised himself. With a long scream, he suddenly stood up and took a deep breath.

Gone were the white hair and red eyes. Gone was the face he took three days ago, his mission was now beginning. He smiled as he flicked his fingers and the lock came off miraculously. He walked through the corridors like a king flicking his brown hair.The dead bodies still gurgling with suffering and as the soul left the bodies. He pitied them but that wasn't the matter. He stared at the huge metal door at the end of the corridor. It was tough but not impossible.

" Nothing is going to stop me from meeting my brother." he murmured and as soon as he touched the huge, thick door , it exploded like a detonator and all that remained was metal scraps on the floor. Ah, he missed home.

" And meet my deliciously charming Alpha." sneered Kyle walking out the door.

Genesis Pack was doomed.
