Chapter two : Good-Byes aren't always said and done.

I took Rosie to see all my friends. Lets just say that it took a while. Our first stop was Lili. Lili was our partner in crime, she would always help me and Canelo. We arrived to Lili's and somehow she was already outside. "Hey Jojo! you're here so leave me already??"

Lili was one of those people that was really shy and timid, yet inside they held a huge personality that could win you over in a second. When she wasn't reading she was writing, if not she was volunteering and animal hospitals and animal shelters. That's how I got Rocky. Lili and I assisted a mother in her dog birth and 5 puppies came. Canelo took care of finding adopters for all five animals. She always looked up to him. Lili always felt that she owed him something after all Canelo done for her. Lili, even though she was shy she could have a temper. Mess with her at the wrong moment and you get in to some serious shit.

"Well nahh I can't say good bye to my partner in crime. Just came so say see you soon. Mom has to bring me back to pick up some paper work from college. You know how it works." I smiled at Lili. She just came up to me and hugged me tight "don't forget that our have us here to help you out with anything even if you don't want to just say SOS and I'll be there" se whispered into my ear so j could here. I just laughed and asked "mom called your mom are your bags ready??" She suddenly went pale and the color came back to her cheeks.

"I'm coming.... With.... You...?..'' All of a sudden I here girly screams and two girls jumping up and down. I guess that I had forgotten that Rosie was tagging along.... They rushed inside and after waiting for ten minutes they came out with four suite cases. Nodding my head I laughed. "It's only the summer Lili" "yea but we never know what might happen..." Lili grinned mischievously. I backfired by saying " your sweet darling boyfriend Alec is coming too. talking about that I was wondering if you and Rosie can spread the word. Mom called Alec, Sebastian, Crystal, Judy, and Christopher too and well I was wondering if you guys can haul them up to my place we leave at 6 sharp. I have one last stop that I need to take care of " I got on my motorcycle as I heard squeals. I took it as a yes and drove off

Driving to the pier wasn't bad it was his favorite thing to do. Canelo loved seeing new things and well I just tagged along. I got to the parking lot and killed the motor. I payed and walked toward the pier. I saw the ship standing in pier 16 I walked inside and headed to the souvenir side I payed 50 cents to get a penny souvenir. I walked out and went to it happened.

" I knew that you would come" I looked up to see Andrew. My blood boiled screaming killer. I took a deep breath and tried to relax "what do you want?" I put my hand on my hip and tapped my foot waiting for him to talk. "Looks like it's the perfect whether for making wishes." all he said. He was staring at the ocean. He was right.

Canelo always said that if there was a small warm breeze by the ocean it would be perfect to make wishes cause that when to fairies heard your wishes. It had to be around noon when things seemed to settle down. You had to see a marine animal in the ocean to make the wish. Supposably the fish or animal would take the wish to the fairy and they would grant it. Every year Canelo brought me here with the penny he made me wish something for my birthday and every year I got what I had wished for. Now he wasn't here to listen to my wish

I saw him looking in a particular direction and followed it. I saw that there was two dolphins jumping up and down. I grabbed the coin held it up for him to see " I wish you could tell me why you had those animals kill my best friend of all eternity" he turned and looked down. " Time will tell whether you are ready or not. Throw the coin so the dolphins can take your wish." He grabbed my hand and through the coin into the water.

He got closer and for some reason my heart started to beat faster. He grabbed my hand and kissed it. " Canelo wasn't the only who loved you... he wasn't the only one who risked his life for you..." then he looked up to me and kissed me

His lips were soft and caring I could feel his hands in my cheek. For some reason I returned the kiss and didn't pull back. He pulled away and said " see you soon Ale.. remember that I will always be there to take your hits..." he smiled and walked away.

I looked in his direction. I thought of what he said. Andrew was the only one to call me Ale. Canelo an Andrew were the only ones who knew my full name, Jocelyn Alexis Montenegro. Andrew has stopped calling me that once he started high school him and Canelo brig a year older. All of a sudden memories came and disappeared with a ring tone " stand by you (glee cast) " came up with Andrew calling

I picked it up "hello.." I croaked. " Looks like I'll be near even if you leave Ale" his voice said with a chuckle
