Ok guys, I'm aware I'm not updating. It's become challenging for me to find motivation to write, and I feel like I don't get enough support to make me believe you guys care if I update or not. If you read this and want me to keep going, comment a . Sorry for the short chapter.

I strolled through the doors my head high and my ego higher. I'd caught Joey Graceffa in sexual acts with another male; in fact, a peasant, as if that wasn't bad enough. So that day was my day, and I was to become the most respected teen in the land. Heck, if the king decided I was amazing enough, he might even adopt me. I never had a good growing up. My father, with a big business, couldn't take care of the 7 different children. And Mum died just after her seventh, my only younger brother, who was currently in prison.

So Dad wouldn't care, and I'd be a Prince. Not even the deepest part of my mind was going to regret this decision. On behalf of the country, I was to make Joey Graceffa pay for his sins. I walked through the massive wooden doors, letting them clunk loudly behind me as they closed. I walked to the startled receptionist, who looked shocked at first, until her look changed to disapproval.

"What makes you think you can march in here like that?" she announced. I looked at her with eyes of daggers and said, "I wish to make an appointment with King Graceffa. Do you think you can manage that?" she went red with anger and said, "The King is too busy to have adolescents who think they rule the place annoy him with frivolous requests."

"I'd like to talk to him regarding his son, Joey, who has been absent from school and not at home for a decent while, and I know why." I said to her, and turned my heel to the silk chairs lining the sides to the door without waiting for a response. I sat there reading the newspaper, which the front headline said, War With Neighbour State. I ignored it, assuming that the newspapers were embellishing everything as usual, and continued to read an article about cooking.

"Shane Dawson?" called the king's bodyguard, and I stood and walked into the king's office. "You have two minutes," mumbled the king, and the bodyguard clicked a button on a timer. "Well, as I'm sure you're aware, Joey Graceffa has not been in the palace recently, nor has he been attending school-" I started, but the king cut me off. "He's probably ran off with some gang, as adolescents do, I'm not worrying about it. I have much more important matters to work out. Samuel, escort him out please."

The bodyguard grabbed shoulders and pushed me toward the door, but I called out, "Wait! He's not doing what you think! I know where he is!" "Samuel, wait a second. Let the boy finish, what is, Master Dawson?" "Well, Joey hasn't ran off with a gang. It's with a peasant... a male peasant. Joey Graceffa is gay, your majesty." The king gasped, startled. "My own son? Committing such a sin to be in love with another boy?" "Daniel Preda is the name. I know his address." "Take me there! At once!" shouted the king, his cheeks flushed in anger. I almost chuckled out loud.

Suspenseful endings :0 Hope you enjoyed. Remember to comment: ♡ if you want me to keep writing... because I seriously can't be bothered. Life is challenging and I can't be bothered writing, especially when everyone is better then me and I don't think anyone actually reads... see you in the next chapter :/
