Diana ran out angry, sad heart broken out Jason's house into her old truck.

Diana was sure he wanted her back that he loved her. Not that human in his living room. No thats not his mate, he just wanted to hurt her for what she did.

How could he marry a human it was against the pack laws. Humans and shifters were forbidden to be married under any circumstance. The punishment exile...Exile.
If she couldn't have the Alpha then a new Alpha could be put in his place. She could have that one.

She had the Elders council on speed dial from numerous other times of complaints. It rang and rang and rang nearly a hundred times before there was a raspy older voice on the other end.

"Hello?" the voice asked, she reconized it.

"Hey GrandPa it's me Diana." she said as cheerfully as possible trying to hid her distressed voice.

"Oh sweet Diana, why do you call so late? Your lucky I was here finishing up some work. What do you need?" he asked

"To report Jason- The Alpha. I figured out why he hasn't been, uhh on the job lately. He's been screwi-I mean with a human. I mean he's planning on marrying a human. He has one in his house. She knows about Shifters. He said-"

"Woah woah slow down dear. Jason would never associate himself with humans in that way...He's the Alpha. Jason knows better.Are you sure of what your saying. If your wrong, there could be serious repercussions if this is false...It would end badly. Diana are you sure?"

"Yes Pa! I'm not stupid I know what I saw!" Diana yelled.

"Calm down dear. I'll notify the council first thing in the morning okay? Have a nice night, get some rest."

"Thank you GrandPa. Love you."

Diana drove off back towards the pack neighborhood. She couldn't hold back tears any longer. She was beyond hurt so hurt she could kill.
She couldn't be losing him not again.

"That one kinda looks like a rabbit"

"That one looks like a tree."

Diana layed down on the grass next to Jason as they pointed out the clouds. It was hot and sunny. A perfect Sunday summer she will always remember.

"That one looks like you." she teased

"Why, a cloud can't look like someone?"

"Because it ugly and misshapen."

"Oh really I'm ugly? And what is a beautiful girl like yourself doing with an ugly cloud  like me?"

Jason intertwined his huge hand with hers, looking into her deep brown eyes.

Diana felt a twinge in her heart. He called her beautiful. Her dark hair spread around her like a halo the sun making her skin glow.

"I guess you just got lucky or either I got really desperate." Diana laughed

Jason laughed and rolled Diana closer to his body. She felt warm and safe with him. His huge frame srunk hers, she felt like a child.

"If I was so ugly why would you let me do this," Jason kissed her cheek. "or this." Jason kissed her forehead.

"Eww stop loser." Diana laughed struggling to get way from Jason.

"Or maybe even this."

Jason's lip collided with hers, they melted with hers for a moment nothing mattered but them together. Nothing else.

Just lost in each others lips. Jason finally pulled away, breathing heavily.

"Damn girl sure know how to take my breath away." Jason smiled

"I love you Jason I always have." she blurted out wide eyed.

There was a moment of silence, Jason looked shocked. But his face seem to turn neutral.

Diana knew he wouldn't say it back.

"Im so sorry I knew I souldn't have said that. Gosh I'm such a idiot. I-"

"Diana I love you too. Don't worry." Jason half smiled, half laughed.

She was over joyed with relief. Finally someone loved her for her or so she thought at the time. The first time a boy said I love you to her. They just sunk in each others arms enjoying the sunny meadow.

Diana sobed at the memory. She wanted. No needed Jason again. She was promised the position of Alpha female next to her true and only love. Her mate, Jason. Now a chance of making anything of herself was gone.

"Don't worry Jason I'll be with you. And that b!tch will barely be a memory when I'm done."
