princess Cadence: honey will you watch the baby I'm gonna go for a walk.
Shining Armor: sure thing sweetie.
Princess Cadence: *starts walking outside and bumps into king sombra *
King sombra: hello cadence.
Princess Cadence: king sombra!!! I thought you were dead.
King sombra: well I'm back and I'm gonna blow you up, just like you did to me and like I did to spike.
Princess Cadence: you blew spike up?
King sombra: yes and you'll suffer the same fate. *laughs maniacally *
Princess Cadence: noo!
Spike: sombra leave her alone!!!!
King sombra: I thought I killed you.
Spike: well princess Celestia brought me back stronger and taller!
King sombra: I'll deal with you later cadence, right now I have a pest to permanently kill!
Spike: *stands in a fighting position * bring it on blank flank!
King sombra: *growls * with pleasure! *charges towards spike and tries slicing him with a sword made out of his own magic *
Spike: *dodges and punches sombra in the jaw*
King sombra: *fixes his jaw and spits out some blood* this time I'll make sure you stay dead!!!! *starts choking spike with his magic*
Spike: *is gasping for air*
King sombra: die baby dragon die. You will not defeat me again!!!
Spike: *continues gasping for air *
Princess Cadence: he won't but I will!
King sombra: what's that supposed to mean?
Princess Cadence: this! *blasts king sombra making him let go of spike *
King sombra: no not again!!!!! *blows up*
Spike: thanks Cadence. *faints*
Princess Cadence: don't worry spike I'll get ya to the Ponyville hospital.
( And so she did spike got better and for some odd reason stayed tall which meant that he's no longer a baby. Also he married rarity).
