Chapter Eight

Song of the chapter: Stuck in a Kodak - Kalin and Myles

Days Left: 193

"Brooklyn... Wake up."

"Hm...?"

"Up and at em... It's morning..."

My eyes fluttered open and I stared at the figure in front of me before pushing them away.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING INSIDE MY HOUSE, JUSTIN !"

"You left your front door unlocked."

"SO WHAT ! GET OUT !"

"I really need to talk to you."

"TALKING TO ME IS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL JUSTIN. GO AWAY."

I pushed him off the bed and he just laid on the ground, looking at me.

"Well, if im talking to a brick wall, then it's one hell of a brick wall."

"WHY ARENT YOU IN JAIL YET."

"Why would I be in jail ?"

"YOU KILLED MY BROTHER YOU DUMB FUCK."

"Oh yeah."

"YOU KILL PEOPLE."

"It's not like I go around like stabbing people."

"Oh no not stabbing. I meant shooting."

He just shook his head and smiled.

"Get ready."

"For what ?" I asked.

"School. You can't forget about your normal life."

"Oh. Right."

Justin sat up, his smile still plastered on his face. I looked at him.

"Why so smiley ?"

He just shrugged and walked out of the room but stopped in the doorway.

"Be outside by 8:45. Ill be waiting."

I nodded and he went downstairs, clearly going out to his car afterward.

*time skip yay*

I fixed my curls and the bow I had put in. I smiled at my appearance and grabbed my school bag, running out to Justin's car after. I opened the door and the faint smell of beer and cigarettes lingered.

"I'm gonna get you an air freshener for your birthday."

"My birthday's not until March."

"My birthday's in a few weeks."

"When is it ?"

"December 29."

He nodded and started the car, pulling out of the driveway after and started to drive to school.

"You know I can't really have a normal life now."

"Why not ?"

"I don't know justin. Maybe because you kidnapped me, killed my family. No biggie. Not like anyone's gonna ask me about It."

"Well sorry."

"Sorry doesnt do anything Bieber."

He sighed and looked at me.
