Phil's P.O.V.
It's Saturday when it happens. Phil is riding his bike through the neighbourhood when for a split second, after looking down, he runs into someone. He's clumsy, and he knows that, but to run into a person? Granted, this isn't the first time Phil has run into an object. "Are you alright?" he asks as he frantically gets off his bike.
"I mean, I could be better," the boy says in a slightly annoyed tone. After getting themselves situated, meaning the other boy isn't lying on the ground any longer, Phil figures he should probably do something in order to apologize, not just say sorry.
"So I am very aware I just ran into you with my bike, so as an apology, would you like to go get coffee? I-It's the least I could do," he stutters. Why am I so nervous? His thoughts seem loud in his head as he waits for the boy to say something.
"Uh, sure, I don't see why not, I mean, you literally ran right into me after all," he says giggling. So they both start walking to the nearest coffee place, which happens to be Starbucks. Phil orders himself a caramel macchiato, as usual, and he is surprised to see that the other boy orders the same thing. They get their coffee and sit down at a table that has a view to the road outside.
After an awkward silence, Phil realizes he hasn't even introduced himself. "This is a little late, but my names Phil and it's uh... nice to meet you! I guess I must've forgotten to mention my name when, I, well, you know, kind of hit you with my bike," he blushes, he still feels horrible for the whole thing.
"It's alright, we weren't really in a place to formally introduce ourselves, I'm Dan," he smiles, seeming to be over the whole bike incident.
They end up talking at Starbucks for a few hours. Not realizing where the time has gone, Phil looks at his phone and gasps. It's already half past seven. "I really better get going, I had no idea it was so late," he says. Has he really been here for almost three and half hours? With someone he barely knows?
"Oh wow, I had no idea either. This was nice though, aside from the part where you hit me with the bike," he chuckles as they start to head out of Starbucks. They wave goodbye and walk in separate directions.

Phil is finally home after what is probably one of the strangest days he's had. He figures he should vlog about it because: 1- how often do you accidentally ride your bike right into someone? And 2- this would just add to the list of strange things that constantly happen to him. He sets up his camera and lights, and starts to film.
"Hey guys!"

It's 12:47 PM, a normal time for Phil to wake up, not so normal for most people. He gets up, eats some Shreddies, and goes to his office to import and edit the footage he filmed last night. He keeps laughing at the whole thing, not because he said anything that was funny, but because he is such a clutz, and only this would happen to him. He wonders where Dan might be or what he might be doing right now. Hopefully not getting hit by another person. Their conversation yesterday felt strangely familiar, and so did Dan's presence. Had they met before? Phil shakes his head.
After editing the video, he makes the thumbnail and posts it. He checks back around 30 minutes later to see that there's a comment from a user named danisnotonfire. Phil clicks it and then comes to the sudden realization, that Dan, is the Dan he ran into. Who he had made this entire video about.
