I think this could be the evolution for the new dog pokemon that was released for Sun and Moon.

Pokedex entry: After Gemletta evolve they stay in caves to grow more crystals on their bodies. Gemletta's are more respected throughout their pack depending on the number of gems and crystal have formed around their bodies.
