Subway love songs

     Y/N looked around trying to spot something that seemed familiar. She didn't go on the subway that often but when she did she had a hard time finding her way around. Walking over to a near by directory, she scanned the board for a "you are here" sticker. Soft strums of a guitar echoed throughout the underground tunnel. Y/N looked up and turned around to see a lanky young man with long dark hair and... a heavily painted face?
Curiosity got the best of her and she began walking over to the teenager. While walking over she began to recognize the song(song is to the side or above depending on what you are reading on). She stood in front of him for a while listening to his voice. It was nice it cracked at some points but she thought it added character. Once he was done she smiled and clapped polity.
He looked up in surprised, usually nobody would give him the time of day. He gave the her a goofy grin. "Hello" his smile widened, usually cute girls wouldn't want anything to do with him. They would turn up their nose and whisper to their friend about how dirty he was, but this girl didn't just listen to him play she also spoke to him.
     He mumbled out a hello. She threw $15 dollars into his case and moved a little closer. "why did you choose that song?" she inquired. He shrugged, "I really liked the sound of it I guess." she tilted her head to the side slightly, "Do you like twenty-one pilots?" he shrugged lazily, "I wouldn't call myself a fan, their songs are just easy to play acoustic wise." She chucked and looked up at him again. "Would you like to come with me to lunch?"
This girl was really throwing him for a loop. Lunch? Really? Not only had she given him her attention, now she was offering him what he could only assume was a... date?
He gave a lazy smile and finally replied, "Why the fuck not?" The girl giggled and waited patiently as the boy put his guitar away. Once he was done she grabbed his hand and walked him out of the subway station.

The young man, who the girl later found out was named gamzee, and Y/N had become quick friends after their lunch date. They would often go to each others apartments and talk or just relax in the sound of Gamzee's guitar strumming, on days like this they would sit quietly or "perform" a sloppy duet in his bedroom.
Today they were in the young mans bedroom, sitting on his bed. Y/N was humming a song and gamzee was listening closely, trying to figure out what she was humming. Once he found out he started to play it on his guitar

(sorry I couldnt find a cover done by the same guy but thats the song you were humming) Y/N chucked and started to sing along with the guitar. The young man looked lovingly at her, she wasnt paying much attention to her surroundings and after a while she decided to lay down on his bed while, of course, she continued to sing. When it came to the very last part of the song Gamzee decided to sing along with the young woman he had found himself falling in love with, "But I cant help falling in love, with you." After that last line he set his guitar down and leaned down so he could boldly kiss Y/N. Once he pulled away he saw that the girl was crying. He moved away from her quickly and spoke up, "Ah! Fuck I'm sorry!"
The young woman put her arms around the young mans neck and pulled him down into another kiss, she pulled back just enough sp she could talk but not enough for their lips to be apart. "I cant help falling in love with you too."
