*4 months later* We were going to find the gender of the baby today and me and Shawn kept throwing out baby names. We wanted a Canadian name. So if it's a girl ,which me and Shawn are hoping for, it will either be Natalie Rose or Presley Marie. And if it's a boy we are going for either Micah Alexander or Parker Joseph. I lifted up my shirt and showed my big belly and I held up the chalkboard that said '4 Months!' On it. Then we left the house and got in the car. I was bouncing up and down. And Shawn said
"Calm down calm down!"
"I am sorry I am so excited!"
"Now once we get the gender we set up the baby's room!"
"Yayyyy!!!" I said. Me and Shawn bought a house with a few extra rooms for friends and family to stay in. So we are turning one of those rooms into the baby room. Shawn grabbed my hand and we got to the doctor. He opened the door for me and we signed in. We waited for about five minutes when the lady called for us. Ha! It was the same lady as last time!
"Oh hey guys how is it going?" She said.
"Great!!!" Me and Shawn said at the same time.
"We told the family and friends oh and fans about the baby and now we are going to find the gender!!!!!" I said.
"Well that is great! Now remember the goop is cold again!" She said shaking the bag and smiling. I giggled and she put the goop on my stomach. She pulled out the pen thing and started running it over the goop. She said
" hold on I need to find it!" She stood up and turned off the lights and turned on a TV connected to the computer. She said "There we go there's the baby!" She looked a little longer and then she said "Honey you guys are having and a baby girl!"
"Omigosh Omigosh!!!" I said I grabbed Shawn hand and squeezed.
"Hello Baby Mendes!" He said! We were still looking at each other and the lady said
"Congrats I will be right back I am going print the pictures!"
"Yes mam!" I said she gave me some paper towels and Shawn wiped of the goop. He smiled. He said
"So ready to go get some some stuff for the new room?"
"Yep!" The lady came back with the lady came back with the pictures and then she said
"Do you know what you are naming her?"
"Um either Natalie Rose or Presley Marie?" Shawn said.
"Awwwww Natalie Rose is such a beautiful name! I like Natalie Rose!" I looked at Shawn and nodded. Then he said
"Natalie Rose it is!" The lady smiled and she said
"Let me know when you are in labor!" She said and walked out the room. Shawn and I smiled at each other and left the doctor. We are going to the store to find some baby stuff. Now we had to plan a baby shower too! We got everything we needed and then we headed back to the house. I grabbed the bags and Shawn said he would get the heavy stuff. We went into the spare room with nothing in it then I pulled out my paintbrushes and Shawn brought in the paint. I was going to paint something artistic on the wall. I painted this but the crib wasn't going there...

On the tree is where we will check her height. And then me and Shawn did a few more things and then we started to plan my baby shower. We planned it for next month and then we got ready for bed. I laid down and Shawn laid next to me. He lifted up my shirt and rubbed my belly. I smiled. And so did he then he said
"I can't wait for nine months to be over! I want this baby now!"
"I know honey I know!" I said running my fingers through his hair. Then he pecked my lips and his eyes fluttered shut with his hands still on my belly. Then I fell asleep also.
*2 month later*
Boy it's getting even harder to walk! My stomach got even bigger than before! I am now 6 months pregnant and we had to put our baby shower back another month! Most people couldn't make it so we moved it and now we are doing it today!
Everyone was starting to arrive and then we played games told jokes. Then they made me open the presents. I got many gifts! Diapers,bottles,clothes, toys, blankets, you name it I got it! We even got a crib and a playpen! By the end of the day I had a ton of fun! And then we finished the babies room! Shawn put his arm around me and then we stood looking at the room.
"3more months baby!" Shawn said looking at me. I turned and faced him.
"She can't come fast enough!" I said. Shawn took my hands in his and we pressed our foreheads against each other. Then I felt the baby kick. I grabbed my stomach. Then Shawn got on his knees and lifted up my shirt. He rubbed my stomach and said
"Hey sweetie! How ya doing in there? Look I know you are ready to meet mommy and daddy but you can't hurt mommy! She put a lot of work into this so get ready! Daddy loves you! And so does your mommy!" I giggled and he kissed my stomach and then I felt her kick again but this time I looked down and a bump moved on my stomach. Shawn smiled and so did I. Then we headed to bed. We
