The wake and the break

Stiles POV
It was the wake to Scott funeral. It was held the Saturday after that dreadful Monday. We had only been back a week and I already lost my girlfriend and best friend. It began to rain as the funeral started.

My mother sat with Mrs McCall on a bench and curdled her back and forth. I stood over my friend's grave, it was cold and boring, nothing like he was. This doesn't present him well enough! He's gone! He's gone! He can't be gone?

My mother came behind me and hugged me around the neck.
"I think it's time to go." She hardly got the words out because of all her crying. The good thing about today is that your tears blended with the rain on your face. "Yeah, let's go."

I sat in my bedroom all day Sunday. I didn't even eat. I didn't want to see anyone or anything. I took antidepressants and decided to lay on my bed and look at the ceiling.

"Stiles, you need to eat!" My mother said after storming into my room and trying to shove creek in my mouth.

"Elena,stop force feeding him! Your gonna make him choke!" My dad had a worried look on his face, I would've laugh if I wasn't worried about choking.

Monday motioning I decided not to go to school. Why stress myself out! I don't need to learn anyways! I'm fine!

My door rang. I looked at the clock and it was only noon. I ran down stairs and opened the door. There was a pretty girl there, she had strawberry blonde hair, and gorgeous green eyes.

"Hey, sorry to both you I just moved in across the street. My mother thought it would be good to introduce my self."

"Yeah, I'm happy you did." I tried my best to not be awkward. It wasn't working.

"Would you like to come in?" What? What did you just say? No! You probably just creeped her out!

"Uhh.. Sure." She awkwardly came in. I shut the door behind her.

"So, do you live alone?" "No, my parents are just at work." "Oh, you must go to beacon hills high school!"

"Yeah, how did you know?" "I'm going there." "Oh, I should see at school then!"

She giggles. "Yeah, I hope so!" She was so cute. Gorgeous in every way."I should get going. I'll see you tomorrow." "Yeah, right we have school tomorrow."

I actually had a reason to go to school. I had to figure out more about the strawberry blonde.
