After I got done changing I ran down stairs. "How did you sleep?" My aunt asked as she gave me a plate of food. "Okay I guess." I said looking at my burnt pancakes. I sighed. 'Why doesn't she just let me make breakfast?' I thought. "I'll just get something at school." I said running out the door. "But breakfast is the most important meal of the day." She yelled. I ran to school. *At school.* "I wonder where the main office is." I looked around. "Do you need help?" A voice asked. I turned around to see a girl with long golden blonde hair. "Yes I need help getting to the main office please." "Sure my name is Serena. I'll help you to the main office." She said smiling. "Thanks." "No problem." She said. "Sorry about this. It's just I'm new here." I said. "You're new. That means you get a pokemon." She said. "Oh really cool." I smiled. "Serena we're going to be late to class." A girl with short brown hair yelled. "Okay I'll be right with you. I just need to help.....Um?" "Oh I'm (Y/N) (L/N)." "I just need to help (Y/N)." "Oh okay see you later." She yelled running into the school. "That was my friend May. She's really nice." She said. We walked into the school office. "Perfessor here's the new student." Serena said. "Oh yes there you are. It's time to pick your pokemon." Perfessor Oak said. "Okay." I said. He sent out the three pokemon. "Wow you get to choose Kalos starters." Serena said. I already knew the starters for Kalos. I smiled. "I choose fennekin." I said. "Fennekin!" She smiled. "Nice choice." Serena said. "Here's Fennekin's pokeball." He said handing it to me. "Thanks." I took it. "We better get to class."Serena said. "Okay Fennekin return." I said returning her to her pokeball.
*Time skip lunch time*
"Hey Serena." A boy with blonde hair said . "Hi clemont!" She said blushing. "Who's this?" A girl with dark blue hair asked. "Oh this is (Y/n). My new friend." Serena said. "Hi my name is Dawn and this is piplup." Dawn said. "Hi." I said. "I'm sorry I'm late!" A boy with black hair came running up to us. "Ash what are you doing here?" I asked. "Wait you know him!"
