Hands gripped around my waist, all on my torso. Bruises were left behind and fingers were gripping, sliding, moving.
I tried saying something but the tape covered my mouth. A chuckle escaped whoever was touching me. A deep, loud chuckle. His mouth was on my neck in a flash and he kissed it softly.
"Gmmophhh," I tried to yell, to get him off but he gripped harder.
"Moaning young one?" His dark, deep voice cooed me. The chair spun and I faced him. His black eyes, black hair, bare chest. One hand gripped the chair from falling while the other lifted my chin, he cocked his head to the side then smiled.
"When you wake, you'll remember me. Someday you'll find me," he whispered. Then reality hit.
My body shot up, chills ran down my spine. The moon was still out, it was still night. Who was that person..man..? What was going on with me, am I sick or..? I shook my hands out and sighed, laying down on my back again.
"Sam.." I poked his shoulder then looked as his eyes opened then closed.
"Hmm? What, why are you awake?" His hands wrapped around me, instantly making me tired, more comfortable.
"Nothing. Just a dream," I kiss his cheek then fell asleep within his arms. His arms that gripped me tight, and close to his bare chest. Contact, what I have been craving so much.

Rain was dripping off the house, and rain was hitting the roof with such fierceness I could've sworn it was going to come through. Clouds blanketed the sky, with no sign of blue, just a dark grey. My lips twitched into a smile, but I walked away from the window and out to the living rooms big window. My mind was wandering with how beautiful this place actually was. How green it has gotten over the past few months, how things have grown, actually grown here. Trees and all.
A nudge hit my leg and I look down to see Shadow sitting beside me, looking at the window with the same amount of curiosity. I ruffled his soft fur, then placed my hand on the window, and when I removed it there was my hand print.
"Enjoying the weather?" Trin was next to me, saying it so sarcastically, then stuck her tongue out at the weather. I only half smiled.
"In fact I do," my words rolled off like I've said it a thousand times, while my finger drew circles and swirls on the fogged window. Trin looked at me with hidden emotion in her eyes. I just pat her shoulder then walk off to the front door and to my car, "Shadow! Come on boy."
••
We drove to a hidden woods spot where it was sheltered by rain, only mist could get you. But the rain trickled down the leaves and dropped on my face, and Shadow's tongue. I breathed in the sweet damp bark smell. My lungs thanked me for this precious air. My fingertips brushed against the leaves, then I stood infront of a flower. It was purple, and had multiple other flowers on the same stem. I smiled and watched as the droplets slid off the flower's petals.
My hair itself was dripping from the moist air and droplets. My footfalls didn't make noise since the ground was damp. I walked out into a clearing and found my car again. Shadow was running around and legs, and shaking his fur, then he started sneezing one after the other and I couldn't help myself but laugh so hard.
Oh geez my stomach is going to die. But wait stomachs can't die...why are you thinking this right now?
I wiped away my laughing tears and pet Shadow who was done sneezing and looking at me strangely.
My heart all the sudden stopped. It dropped. The hair on the back of my neck rose and I instantly knew what my gut was telling me to do.
Run.
