Chapter 3

The school year was over and they already moved with their aunt. Tay and nene had to share a room cause their aunt only had a 3 bedroom apartment. It's been two weeks since they've been gone and they absolutely hated it. They was getting transferred to a different school and had to start all over again basically.

"Man it's boring as shit around here bob"

Tay said to nene.

"I'm hip. Shit dumb"

There was a knock on their door and nene got up to open the door.

"Aye y'all tryna go up pentagon?"

Quan asked.

"We don't got no money cuzo, I gotta re up with this money"

Tay said.

"I got you cuzo, I got bands boy"

Quan pulled out a bunch of hundreds and started waving them in his face.

"I know aunty ain't give you that shit. How you get it bob"

"Man I'm outcheaa. Fuck with me"

"Iight let us get dress. Kevo going?"

"Yeah he getting dress. Ima get ma keys and we gon drive up there"

"Iight fool, close my door"

Quan closed the door and went back to his room. Nene began looking through her boxes to find something to wear. Tay already had on clothes he just had to put on some shoes. He grabbed his new balance and his g-star shirt and left out the room. Nene put her hair in a bun, threw on some ripped jeans and tank top. She grabbed her toms out the closet and went out the room.

"Where y'all going"

Keyshia asked.

"Ma we going to the mall"

Quan said.

"How y'all getting there"

"Your car"

"Boy your ass not driving my fucking car. You must have lost your rabbit ass mind"

"Come on ma stop bamming"

Quan whined.

"I said no. Now where the hell did you get money from cause I damn sure ain't give you shit"

"I called my dad"

"He a piece of shit"

Keyshia said getting up and walking to her room.

"So I can drive your car?"

"Have y'all ass back before 12. Play with me if you want too"

"Iight"

Quan grabbed the keys and they walked out the house. Nene was texting her boyfriend.

"Aye Quan can you drop me off round benning road"

"Nene asked.

"Fuck you going round there for?"

"My nigga duh, I don't wanna hang with y'all. Just come scoop on your way back"

"Man that's doing too much"

"Pleeeeaaaaseeeeee"

"Iight moe."

They pulled up to Nene boyfriend house and she got out the car.

"Aye Ima call you when we on our way back. Stay outta trouble and i love you"

Tay said.

"Okay dad. I love you more"

Quan waited until nene was in her boyfriend house so he could pull off. Tay hooked his phone up to the aux cord and started playing lightshow.
