Chapter 1

Some of the lingo in this story may be confusing if you not from the area. It's kind of self explanatory though

"Tay get this shit off my floor right now"

His grandma yelled.

"I'm coming damn"

Tay & his twin sister NeNe been living with his grandmother since they was 3 years old. Their mother was on drugs and didn't have no place to live so her mother took her grandkids in. They never knew their dad and didn't want to know him. Their grandmother getting old & can barely take of them so now they got to start figuring things out. They lived around benning road their whole life basically so that's the hood Tay claimed.

"Grandma what you want me to pick up?"

"These damn roll up wrappers. You know damn well I don't want no weed in my house. Now get your shit together and go to school. And tell your sister to get her ass up too"

"Iight I got you"

Tay picked the wrappers up and went back upstairs. The end of the school year was slowly approaching and Tay couldn't afford to miss no more days. He went into his sister room to wake her up.

"Aye NeNe grandma said get your ass up and get ready for school"

"Iight get the fuck out my room"

NeNe yelled.

"Moe get your dumb ass up now. I'm not tryna hear her yelling and shit"

"I said iight Tay damn. Get out"

Tay slammed her door shut and went back to his room. He had about 30 minutes to get ready and be out the house. He cut on willtherapper pull up hop out and started getting ready. He grabbed his all white H&M shirt and threw it on. Then he put on his khaki joggers and put on his taxi 12's. He looked in the mirror and decided to change his shirt. He grabbed a black button up shirt and put it on. He had put his dreads in a ponytail and sat on his bed. He picked up his phone and noticed he had a few good morning texts.

Alex: good morning daddy ;)
Tiffany: morning baby
Lexis: wake your ass up moe
Los: you coming to school bruh?

"I don't even know why these bitches keep texting me"

He put his phone in his pocket and and went to knock on his sister door.

"Come on NeNe"

"Coming"

NeNe came out her room with her duffle bag and her wig brush. She had on an all white forever 21 shirt with her khaki joggers and taxi 12's.

"Aw you tryna dress like me today"

Tay teased her.

"Boy bye"

She walked down the stairs and into the kitchen where her grandmother was.

"See you later grandma"

Nene kissed her on the cheek.
