As Memory O'Conner finds out she has to leave her home in Europe and move to California she is heart broken but soon learns that she will have been friends to help her along the path of life.
Memory's parents, Sierra and Chris Conner had been extremely happy that morning but they wouldn't tell Memory why. Still she carried on with her daily routine of taking care of herself and doing her morning chores. After what it seemed like forever Memory finally sat down and started to eat some cereal as her parents quietly sat down at the table beside her. Memory looked up at her parents noticing there excitement on their facial expressions. " Why are you two so happy?" She said quietly as she continues to eat her cereal and scroll through the pictures on her phone. " Well..." Her mother started off but then looked over to her husband. " Maybe your father should tell you." Her mother said quietly looking down at her own bowl of cereal stirring in it quickly. This caught Memory's attention but yet she was still staring down at her phone still listening. " As your mother was saying.. I have been offered a ne-" Memory quickly sprang out of her chair and plac d the bowl in the sink grabbing her backpack " I'm gonna be late for school, Tell me when I get home okay!?" She said running off. Her father and mother sighed. " We have to tell her.." Her father said. " She isn't going to be very happy.." Her mother said still stirring in her cereal.
At school
" Memory!"A voice screamed as a girl quickly ran up to her best friend that she hadn't seen since the last day of school hugging her deeply. " Ash...Can't...Breathe..." Memory said struggling for her breath her best friend finally let her go so that she could breathe. " Come on we're gonna be late for class!" Ash said dragging Memory to 1st Period.
Skip to end of day at she's home
"Okay so what were you trying to tell me this morning Dad?" She said at she took her seat at the table. Her dad sat down at the table with a serious look on his face though somewhat excited and some sad " We're moving." He said quietly.
