A New Adventure

Moving

"What.." Memory stood there shocked from sadness and surprise. " We're moving!" Memory threw her hands on the table her emotions boiling inside of her. " Why!?" She almost screamed. " Well.." Her father stuttered " We thought that it was time for a change and I got a really good job offer..." Where are we moving?" She asked quietly, calming down some. " California." Her mother said quietly. Sighing Memory replied " Okay... I'll start packing." She said heading to her room slowly.

As Memory gets in her room she gets a bag out of her closet and puts all of her clothes into it. Then grabs a couple of boxes she was given and puts all of her stuff into the boxes. Soon her room was empty except for her bed, boxes and clothes. As she lays there on her bed falling into a deep sleep.

Next morning

As the first few rays of sun shine into Alexa's Windows it shines in her face brightly. Waking her from her slumbers she gets up and looks around her room as she gets up and gets ready for the day. After her daily routine for getting ready she heads downstairs and eats her breakfast packing up some of her things in the living room and kitchen. After a couple of days the families things are ready to go and in the truck.

On the road/ Arriving at the house

As Memory waves to her best friends goodbye she soon gets into the car placing her headphones into her ears playing her favorite song and soon after falling asleep.

When Memory gets up she sees their at a gas station and takes the chance to run and get a drink, as she comes back she hands some things to her parents and get into the car.  For a couple more hours of driving. After what it seemed like several hours Memory finally gets out of the car running into their new house exploring the inside.

After Memory found her room she went downstairs and carried light boxes up to her room and unpacked her clothes and other things. Getting help with the heavier boxes from her father she unpacked pretty much al of her things and soon layer down on her bed falling asleep once again.

Okay now that I hadn't posted a story in a while I made this, it is about 400 ish words or more and I like how it turned out, Sorry for misspelling  and I'll try to add more characters in the book
