Arabella's POV

~4 years later~

" I'm finally 16" I thought to my self

As I rolled out of bed and went to take a quick shower, then got dressed in my baby pink dress that go perfectly with my white. sandals. I went down the stairs to find Wesley and AyeJay making waffles for breakfast.

"Morning nice to see you finally out of bed" Wesley said laughing while making me a plate of food and handing me the plate. "

"Shut up you" I said with a smirk on my face. He just smiled and started to eat his breakfast. when AyeJay and me were done we headed to school, AyeJay was a senior and I was a sophomore.

When got to school my two best friends Anna and Jordan came running up to me "Happy birthday!!! I can't believe your gonna find your mate today!" Anna said with a huge smile on her face she was only 15 so she hadn't found her mate yet, neither had Jordan, "Thanks Anna! I just hope my mate is hot and doesn't reject me." I said with a sigh "oh stop it Ara he won't reject you come on your one of the hottest girls in the school!" Jordan said with a "duh" tone. We just laughed and went to class.

On the way to meet my friends to lunch, I got this amazing scent it smelled like chocolate Ax and oh did it smell good. Mmm-Mmm. And before I knew it I was following the scent until it led me too the boys locker room.

So I came to a conclusion that he was a football player, which also meant I had a good chance of knowing him. See AyeJay was on the varsity football team and he always had the team over, his best friend Ryder was on the team too and his always over and damn is he hot too!

But I can't be thinking about him when I was so close to finding my mate, but since I can't follow the smell any farther I decide to go to lunch.

"There you are we were looking for you." Anna said worried "Oh sorry I got caught up with something" I said with a smile on my face "Ohhhh did you find your mate?" They both said in unison, I just laughed "No not yet" I said blushing, then the bell rang and we went to class.
