Hallways. There's nothing more Krista hates than crowded hallways. School was coming to a close, and it was summer yet again. Krista greeted the students who passed by her and greeted them a happy summer before turning her back to the crowd and started emptying her locker.
In a swift second, a pamphlet was right in front of her which was held by her best friend Eilyn. "I found something we could do in the summer." She smirked. Krista furrowed her eyebrows before reading the pamphlet.
WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE
We're welcoming teens from 17-19 to join MTV's new tv show. If you know your ways with modeling and acting then come and sign up for an audition. Note that you'll have to live in the dollhouse for the duration of the show. In this show, you'll be teached on how to be the perfect model. Contestants will be given assignments, and know that some assignments require to be out of the house. By the end of the summer, the only ones remaining will be signed to the sponsoring modeling agency, Debonair.Krista's eyes widened as she finished reading and grinned at her best friend. "E, this is perfect." She said in awe. "I can get out of the house, and prove myself to my parents." The grin that was once on her face has now turned to a grim smirk.
"Yes, I know. I win the best friend of the year award because I booked us an audition." She said giddily.
"Don't you need my signature for that?" Krista asked her, confused on how her friend managed to do all that.
"And I did get it, last week actually." Eilyn nodded. "You were busy being class president and studying for the finals, that you didn't realize I was making you sign the sign-up sheet." She explained briefly. Krista closed her locker before starting to walk to the parking lot, with Eilyn and the books on her arms.
"Okay, so when's the big audition?" She chuckled as they reached her car.
"Next Wednesday."
And that's the prologue. Hope you all enjoyed. I have no idea when I'll update but soon.
