The bell just rung and I was about to head out when I heard somebody call my name. I looked back and it was Jada down the hallway at her locker.
"Brandon"
"Hey, what's up" I said turning and walking over to her.
"Nun just getting my bag" she said closing up her locker.
We was walking down the hallway and were standing at the front doors of the school.
"So, what are you about to do right now" she asked.
"Nothing really I was thinking we could hang out somewhere or do something." I answered her
"I'd really like that" she said smiling.
Ever since I took her out that night over the hills. We've gotten closer like crazy man. I really like this girl. She make me feel things I ain't think I could feel. I mean I ain't no bitch or nun but damn. I'm thinking about asking her to be mine but I don't how I feel about my ex. We not good together but sometimes man Mmm......let's just say shit goes down.
"You want me to swing by your house and pick you up?" I asked
"Sur----" she was cut off by my phone ringing.
"My bad hold on a sec" I answered my phone.
Phone call.....
I answered my phone and my bro Tre was yelling and going off.
"Aye, man chill what the fuck is going on" I said into the phone.
"Man, they stole our shit" he said sounding really mad. Those words grew anger in me.
"What the hell you mean they stole our shit. Who you talking bout?" I said angry. I could see worry and confusion in Jada's eyes.
"Somebody stole all of our files during shipment yesterday."
"How y'all let that shit happen. Y'all was suppose to be guarded at all times." I said trying to hold back my temper. I was on edge right now.
"You don't think I know that. And I don't even know how they took them, everybody was alert. Ain't nobody other than our crew was there."
"Fuck!........you know we gone die when boss finds out bout this right."
I said shaking my head. What the fuck man.
"Bro boss already found out. That's why my ass calling you right now. He's having a meeting and wants everybody at the trap at 3:15 sharp."
"Why you just now telling me about this." I said frustrated
"Nigga I just found out a couple minutes ago." He yelled
"Ight man I'll see you there, thanks for the notice" I said
"Yeah and don't be late you know how boss is when he calls meetings" he said before hanging up.
Damn man. Who tf could've stolen our shit. We ain't got problems with nobody right now. Our rival BTK been backed down after we killed their boss for threatening us. Ion see why they would wanna try us again. I got a strong feeling it may be them or somebody close to them. I got out of my thoughts and told Jada I couldn't hang with her today.
"Jada Ima have to cancel our plans for today. Something really important came up" I said
"What's wrong" she said concerned
