You sat there in pain and boredom. On the last hunt with the boys, it was just a simple salt and burn. Until you fell in a hole and broke your leg. There's an obvious problem. So y'all finished the case and they took you to the hospital. Dean thought it was just a sprain but Sam thought it was much worse. Turns out, Sam was right. Your leg was shattered in three different places and if you moved your leg a certain way, the bone would poke you skin, causing it to stick out. Dean about threw up when he saw it.
So, in the end, Dean and Sam made you stay home and rest. They needed you to heal as fast as you possibly could. And you thought it would just be a piece of cake, just sittin there. Well, it wasn't. That's when you called Cas down.
"Cas, get your feathery ass down here!" You yelled up at the ceiling. And within a matter of seconds, he was standing there.
"Hello, (y/n). Oh. What happened to your leg?"
"Well, me being a clutz, I fell into a hole and broke my leg in three places. Would you like to sign my cast?" You asked grabbing a sharpie.
"There's no need for that (y/n). I can heal you right now. It might hurt a little bit though," Cas said reaching for your leg.
"Be my guest! I hate this thing anyways!" You said grabbing scissors and cutting the cast off. Once you got it off, he placed his hands on your leg. It stung a little, but it sure as hell beats having to wear that thing for eight more weeks.
"Woah, thanks Cas. Hey, ya know. I've always wondered what it's like to be able to zap places and heal people," you said walking around, testing your newly fixed leg.
"I could give you some of my grace so that you could have the same powers as me. It'll only last about 24 hours though," Cas suggested.
"DO YOU KNOW HOW AWESOME THAT WOULD BE? WE COULD GO TO PARIS AND HELP FIX THE BLIND AND SPY ON CHANNING TATUM- wait, did I jut say that out loud?" You said feeling your cheeks growing hot.
"I don't care what we do (y/n), as long as it makes you happy," Cas said with a smile. And in that moment, you saw a blinding blue light. You felt you vains pumping your blood faster. Your heart pounded like it was about to break out of your chest. You looked over in the mirror and saw your eyes were shining a bright blue, then back to normal. You felt more alive.
"So Cas, what's first?"
