"ENDING BUSINESS"

     After spending a couple of minutes on the ground, Nick calming me and everything going back to normal we walked back to the stairs. When we were about to start heading downstairs gun shots caught our attention.

     A very light smell of blood, almost unnoticeable caught the attention of my smelling senses, it was hard to identify and the first thing that crossed my mind was that Jimmy brought a gun to the fight "Jeremy" I whispered before Nick and I ran upstairs following the gun shot noises.

I ran as fast as I could leaving Nick behind, all I cared about right now was for Jeremy to be safe. When struggling noises started, they were my guidance to Jeremy's whereabouts. When opening the door, in the middle of the room stood Jeremy and Koenig fighting.

I ran towards Koenig and tackled him to the ground. We both stood up and he launched at me just for me to push his arm away and break it making him scream in pain. We fought for a while, a weak Jeremy kneeling on the ground.

When I went to penetrate Koenig's chest with my hand to rip his heart out, Koenig turned my arm away and took a hold on me with his well known killing tactic. Koenig applied pressure around my trachea as less air seemed to reach my lungs by each second that happened.

My head felt heavy making me guess that not enough blood or oxygen were reaching my brain. My trachea started cracking when Jeremy stood up and called out for Koenig "Koenig! This is between you and me. Leave Emma alone!" He said running towards us.

Koenig let go of me and I fell to my knees allowing the air to come back to my lungs. As Koenig and Jeremy fought all of sudden my Alpha stopped fighting back and let Koenig hit him repeatedly. Jeremy fell to his knees again and Koenig proceeded to do the same exact thing he did to me.

"We both knew it would end this way" Koenig said and I wanted to help Jeremy so bad but was still trying to steady my breath. Out of nowhere Nick appeared and Koenig turned around to hit him. Nick turned his arm and grabbed Koenig's pushing it away and taking a hold of his trachea.

Nick growled while applying more force and Koenig slowly kneeled down trying to get off Nick's grip. Nick let go of Koenig, pushed his arms down and snapped his neck killing Jimmy Koenig instantly. Nick killed him... Nick killed Koenig.

I entered the kitchen where Jeremy was cleaning Elena's shoulder. All the happenings from today still making me feel weak "It stopped?" Clay asked. None of the werewolves present in the room noticed my arrival "Never heard of that happening before. Once a full change is triggered is impossible to reverse it" Jeremy said.
