(Letty Moore's view)

I open my eyes and still feel sleepy.
The sun lighten up the room and makes it bright.
I look at the clock, it's about 11 a.m.
I get up from bed and walk to the bathroom. Before going out to buy some food, I take a bath and make up.
I go down stairs and don't see my husband and kids.
Where do they go?
I see a piece of paper lying on the dinning table.

Hey, sweet heart. I take Jason and Shaun to visit my friend, Madison.
I've told you about her, right? She's nice and wants to see our kids.
I didn't wake you up this morning because you stayed up late last night. And I want you to take a rest, OK?
We'll be back in lunch time.
Don't forget the party tonight!

Love, Ethan.

I smile when I read this letter.
Today is Jason's birthday, so Ethan and I decide to held a party in our home to celebrate. We invited our parents and neighbor already.
Thus, tonight will gonna be really fun!
Now I have to go to the market.
I buy a lot of candies, fruit, and meat.
When I'm paying the bill, I watch the TV on the wall.
'...The so-called origami killer is still at large. The America government started to get involved to this serial crime...' The reporter says.
I hope it's about time to ask the authorities for help, the killer must be punished.

I get back home, and see Ethan's car has been parked in the garage.
I open the gate and hear kids laughing in the back yard.
Ethan and the kids are playing on the grass. He picks them up and swings them in the air.
I look at them quietly, and feel so happy that no matter what will happen, I'll do everything to protect my family.

"Mom!" Jason says loudly and rushes to me.
"Hey, how is the school?" I hug him and ask.
"It's great! But I'm more excited for the party tonight!" He laughs happily.
Ethan holds Shaun's hand and walks to us.
I kiss his cheek and say, "How's Madison doing? Did she find a new house?"
"Yes. It's a great apartment building. She said we can visit there next week."
"That's a good idea!"
And then Shaun grabs my coat and says, "Mom, when can I have my own gift, too?"
I smile to him and say, "Next month is your 8th birthday remember? Dad and I will give you a surprise! Don't worry, ok?"
"Yeah!" He runs to Jason and they enter the house.
Jason is a good brother. He always takes good care of Shaun. Today is his 10th birthday, I want to buy him some gifts!
Ethan turns to me and says, "I think we can drive to the mall this afternoon and buy something to kids. How do you think?"
"I'm just thinking the same thing! That sounds great. Let's go now!"

Ethan drives us to the mall. There are so many people here because there is discount in children's clothing.
After having lunch, we go to the third floor which has children's clothing.
Ethan turns to me and says, "I want to take Shaun to choose a new pare of sneakers. You take Jason to go around and do some shopping!"
"Ok, I'll take Jason to somewhere fun! Don't worry."

I buy Jason a beverage and we stroll around. Although today is not weekend, there are a lot of parents take their kids here.
"Hey mom, look! The clown is selling balloon, I want one!" Jason says and runs to the clown.
I follow him quickly and say, "Jason, don't run too fast. Mother can hardly catch you."
The clown is playing with Jason. How about hire a clown tonight in the party? Although I don't really like clown, the kids will be happy.

Jason turns to me and says, "Mom, can I have one balloon? Please!"
How can I not agree? I reply, "Of course, my baby. Which color do you like?"
"Hmm... I want the red one! On the top over there!" He jumps and points.
"Well, you have the right choice! That's the last red one! Here you are!" The clown says to Jason and brings the balloon.
Jason holds the balloon and runs away laughing.
"Jason! Don't run too far! Mom can't see you! How much is it, sir?" I say to the clown.
"2 dollars, Mrs."
I give him 5 dollars and say, "Keep the change, thank you."
I turn around and can't find Jason. Oh no.
"Jason!!" I call his name loudly and walk around. I start to panic because I can't find Jason...
My stomach is churning and I feel dizzy. There are too many people! How can I do!? Where is he!?

When I'm about to faint, a hand grab me back. It's Ethan.
He holds my hand and says, " Are you alright? Where is Jason?"
Shaun is beside him safe...
"I was buying a balloon for him. But when I turned around, he was disappeared! I searched everywhere but found nothing! What should I do!?" I'm about to cry out.
Ethan puts his hand on my shoulder and says, "Ok, you need to calm down first. Let's search separately. If you find the desk, ask them for help!"
"Ok... Ok. I got it." I turn back and keep searching.

"Jason! Where are you? Wait for your mom!" I start to recall his clothes and... The balloon! The RED balloon!
I look around and see a red thing floating in the air.
There he is! He's looking for us too.
"Jason!" I call his name again and again, but he still can't hear me. There are too many people here!!
I'm getting dizzy and have difficulty breathing.
I come to the gate of the mall, and the crowd begin to disperse here.
Where is he? I lost him again...

And then I see the red balloon. Jason is standing across the road. He's still looking around.
"Jason! I'm here! Don't run to me! I'll go there pick you up!" I say loudly to him.
He sees me and gives me a smile.

And then he starts to run to me.

Oh no.
He's going to cross the road! There are cars driving really fast!
"Jason stop!!!" I shout and run to him.
He doesn't notice that there is a limousine driving towards him.
"No!!!!!!!!" I scream out and rush forward. I hold him in my arms and hear a horrible loud noise.
In the same time, I feel a severe strike on my head and back.
And then I plunge into darkness.
