"Come on Shadow you wanna go to the park?"

Shadow barked happily and wagged her tail.

Shadow is a black Apple-Head Chihuahua with brown eyes. She is 7 months old. When I first found her, She was 5 months old tied to a pole, skinny as a rail. Someone had tied her there and abandoned her, leaving her there to die.

I put Shadow in the basket of my bike and rode off to the Park.

When we got there, I put her harness on her and attached her leash to it. I lifted her out of her basket. I walked her around for a while. I decided I would let her off her leash. I threw her favorite ball and she went after it. We played together for a hour until I had to use the bathroom. I didn't want to use the nasty bathroom but I didn't want to leave the park.

"I have to use the restroom, Shadow. I'll be back in a moment."

I tied Shadow to a pole and went inside the bathroom.

Shadow got nervous and started panicking. As much as she trusted me, she was scared that I would abandon her like her used to be owners did.

I heard her struggling to get out and I yelled,"Shadow, I'll be out in a minute! I'm washing my hands."

The bathroom in the park was nasty. It had barely any toilet paper and there were no doors on the stalls.

I came out to find that a 6 year old boy was untying her from the pole I had tied her to so I could use the bathroom.

"Hey kid, that's my dog! Get your hands off of her!" I shouted as loud as I could.

I must of scared the kid but he picked her up and ran with her. I was 12 so I could proably run faster than him.

"Get back here and give me my dog back or I'm calling the cops!"

The kid didn't say anything, he just kept running.

I almost caught up with him but I tripped on Shadow's red ball. I quickly snatched it up and put it in my jacket pocket.

"Come back here you snobby kid!"

I Kept running after him but it was no use. I was never going to catch up with him now. But suddenly, I had a idea.I hopped on my bike and rode after him. I saw him running with her in his arms, squishing the life out of her. Finally, Shadow bit him. The kid dropped her and held his hand in pain. Shadow did know how to bite. I'm surprised the kid isn't crying.
