The air around changed drastically after navya's declaration, though she did restate her sentence but somehow its aftermath prevailed in the air.The smile from Arjun's faced refused to leave to the extend he was blushing from time and again.

And if anyone wanted to study the exact opposite reaction,well one could see that by looking at Manik,he had a scowl pasted on his face,and though he till that time was brushing the dust off Soha's thigh,the turn of events did make him extra touchy .

He had got affected with what happened though he tried to hide best,soha however was dumb not to have understood the reason behind his sudden change.

I was getting irritated by the touchy couple who tried to behave  like a newly married pair who could not keep hands off each other.Just then Dhruv put some music and suggested all to get dancing,of course all the couple and those who pretended to be one got happy ...I could see Manik flash his smirk at me while squeezing soha's waist tightly,a sudden want to have that smirk off his face came upon me,and I grabbed Arjun's hand and pulled him close.

I knew no matter how much nonchalant he may pretend my proximity with any other man did affect manik,and pretty much as planned I got my first reaction when arjun twirled me and I saw rage seeping in manik's eyes.

In the midst I actually lost purpose of my dance and started enjoying it as I was with my bestie after a long time and we had a lot to catch up,his girlfriends,my job and of course as much as I hoped it would never come up he asked about the monster.

I looked sideways and saw Manik looking deep into soha's eyes.I sighed and said.
