*Maddie*

I feel so warm. So hot. I try to move and it's then I realise that something is laid beside me. It's then I remember what had happened last night and that someone had picked me up from the floor.

I feel panic rush through my body as I jump up and away from what was lying beside me. Whimpering at the pain that rushed through my side, feeling tears fill up my eyes. I am now in a corner of what looks like a cave. I take a quick glance and notice that the cave was done up much like a house. I hear shuffling and instantly look towards the sounds.

My eyes widen when I see a giant black wolf look back at me. I jump back slightly making myself whimper as my body hits the wall of the cave. I hear another whimper and I look to see the wolf laid on it's front, head between it's front two paws looking at me as it slowly moved forward. I tilt my head to the side and slowly reach my hand out to touch it.

My hand shaking and my eyes clenched shut as the head of the wolf pushes into the palm of my hand. A second later I slowly open my eyes to see the wolf in the same position. Head touching my palm and laid calmly in front of me as it's white wolf eyes stare back into mine. I stare searching it's eyes as the wolf returns the stare. The wolf looks pained, maybe hurt. It was hard to say.

'Are- are you hurt?' I quietly ask as my hand begins to stroke through the wolf's soft fur. The wolf cocks it's head to the side and then makes a motion with his head to say no. I watch as the wolf nuzzles into my side, neck and finally side of my face before whimpering. I stay silent for a few seconds before figuring out that it was asking if I was okay.

'I er I am just a bit sore and bruised. I am okay though. I am guessing it was you who had picked me up last night' I speak and the wolf whimpers again before making a nodding motion. It was sweet and kinda funny to watch. This giant wolf whimper and furiously shake it's head to answer my questions.

'Do you speak?' I inquire

The wolf silently huffs and looks away from me, I watch confused before the wolf nods again 'You speak but you don't want to?' I say confused and see the wolf nod again. I don't question it and instead decide to move on

'Are you a male?' Again I gain a happy nod

'Was it you that growled when I was walking to my car?' Another nod I frown not understanding why so I quickly ask. The wolf whimpers again but a few more times 'Because I was crying?' a nod 'Your growled because you was angry someone made me cry?' a final and hard nod

I smile silently at the thought of this giant wolf not wanting to see me cry. I go to move but stop as I feel a sharp pain down my leg. I quickly pull back and look down at my leg to see a long cut going from my mid calve to my ankle. I frown confused on how I could have done this, I couldn't remember that happening through my beating. I see a paw place gently onto my thigh, letting me see the claws. I figure the wolf must have down it while carrying me, before I could do anything I feel a thick tongue run across the deep cut making me cringe at the feeling. I soon feel a tingling feeling and see the cut has been healed. I look up at the wolf but it just shakes it's head as if to not ask and lays back down.

'Have you been watching me?' I question. The thought coming to my head of all the times I have felt like I was being watched. The wolf's eyes widen but he soon nods.

'So your sorta like my guardian angel yeah?' I chuckle ' I need to call you something, mhmm what should I call you' I wonder out loud, I see the wolf cock his head to the side almost as if he was waiting for my decision
