Chapter 5: The Big Surprise

Tomorrow is a new day~

The last thing I thought before I fell asleep. I closed my eyes and let my body regain its energy.

I woke up and stretched out my arms and legs, I yawned, and went downstairs.

My dad were still on the couch, I walked over to Johnathan, and woke him up.

"(Jordan) Dad~ Dad~ Wake up~",

"(Johnathan) *groan* Wha-? Oh. Hi honey. What time is it?",

"(Jordan) It's...5:06",

"(Johnathan) Ok. Thank you for waking me up",

"(Jordan) Your welcome. Dad. My friends are gonna come over, this morning. Is that ok?",

"(Johnathan) That's fine honey. What for?",

"(Jordan) Marco has something to talk about. I don't know what. But he says it's important",

"(Johnathan) Ok. If it's important. I won't get in your way",

I hugged him, he hugged back.

"(Johnathan) Are you hungry?",

"(Jordan) Not right now, but maybe later",

"(Johnathan) Ok",

I walked upstairs to my room, I looked out my window, it started to rain, I called Marco to see if they were coming.

"(Marco) Hello? Jordan?",

"(Jordan) Hi Marco. Blaze told me that all of you guys are coming over this morning. Am I right?",

"(Marco) Yeah. Me and Amy are coming over after we eat breakfast. Ok?",

"(Jordan) Ok. What did you want to talk about?",

"(Marco) It's really important for my dads, I call it, The Big Surprise",

"(Jordan) Big surprise? Ok. If it's important. Then, I'll help you with it",

"(Marco) Thank you Jordan. Your a great friend",

"(Jordan) You too",

"(Marco) I'll see you later. Bye!",

"(Jordan) Bye!",

I hung up and cleaned my room, I changed into my normal clothes. And went down stairs.

I saw everyone awake, I saw Johnathan making waffles. My dad, Evan, kissed my cheek and went to work.

My uncle, Luke, was helping Johnathan with breakfast.

I heard a knock on the door, I answered it, it was my friends.

He all hugged and did our hand shake, I told them to go to my room. They did.

I got my breakfast and went up to my room.

Everyone was sitting on my bed, I sat in my chair.

"(Jordan) What did you want to talk about Marco?",

"(Marco) Ok. On July 13, our dad, Arlan, said his brother, past away on that day. He seems really sad, so me and Amy wrote some songs...about heaven",

"(Melissa) Awwww. That's so sweet of you!",

"(Amy) We wrote 3 songs, but we can't sing them on our own. So we were wondering if you guys would want to sing it with us",

"(Jordan) I'm in!",

"(Blaze) Same",

"(Melissa) Yeah!",

"(Destiny) Me too!",

"(Marco) Thank you!",

"(Jordan) No problem!",

"(Amy) And...another thing. The day after our birthday. It's all of our dads anniversary! So I wrote one more song",

"(Jordan) That's awesome!",

"(Marco) Ok...lets get started!",

(A/N: I'm gonna skip the parts where they practice, because I don't want to spoil it for you guys)

We started singing, till dawn, to dusk, every single day we practiced and practiced till we got it right.

Sometimes we would go to the park and practice there, but it was mostly at my house.

We just got done with the song we are gonna sing at our dads anniversary. They left and I pasted out from all that singing.

I finally went to sleep.

Tomorrow is a new day...
