Chapter 1: England comes to LA

Being in America was so weird, I have dreamed for years to come here and we are!

We unpacked all of our bags. This house is amazing, It looks out to the sea, All the walls are white, but it almostly has windows everywhere. it has 8 bedrooms god knows why it has so many, a movie room a gam room and what ever room you want or could dream this house more or less has it.

I don't know how my uncle pays for this, saying that I still don't know what job he has, all I know is he travels a lot.

"Katie, Pleaseee can we go to Starbucks" Rach ran into my room basically begging me.

"Fine, let me change first" I don't get why she wants to go to Starbucks so much, not like we don't have one in England.

I went to the wardrobe and grabbed a pair of mint green shorts and a white flowing top, finished with a pair of my favourite gem tanned sandals.

I skipped out of the room and down stairs, Skipped yes don't judge me, I judge you if you don't skip.

We were walking down to Starbucks, we don't even know where Starbucks is but this is LA there is probably one on every corner.

We walked for about 5 more minutes and found a Starbucks, it so much bigger over here.

We walked in, It wasn't that busy luckily, a few people at the tables and a group of 6 boys waiting for there order.

"Hi, how can I help you?" A girl about the same age as us asked for our orders, she had shortish brown hair and perfect skin.

"Two lemon ice teas please" We ordered our favourites, like always.

We grabbed our orders and started to walk out when I was knocked and ice tea and coffee went everywhere.

"Oh My God, I'm so sorry" I boy about my age I guess, hard to tell with his hat and jacket on, he just be dying in this heat, he looked familiar which is weird, he also had a British accent.

"It's fine, I should have been looking where I was going, it's fine really" I went to get up, when he offered me his head, which I took, wow he has big hands which mean he has a big..... haha Katie you sick minded idiot.

"Please let me buy you another drink" before I could answer he was already ordering, me and himself a another drink.

I'm not going to lie this guy was fit, he had brown hair of which I could see, and amazing green eyes, he looks so familiar.

He walked back over and handed me a new drink.

"Thank you, I'm katie by the way and this is Rachel" I smiled holding out my hand, which he shook and laughed.

OK not all girls shake hands, but I do, again don't judge me.

"I'm Harry" Then it hit me, this guy looks just like Harry Styles! but they do say there is 7 people in the world that look like or something like that, I guess I found a harry lookalike, I should get a reward.

but wait he has the same name, wow that's just.. um .. scary.

"and these are my friends Liam, Niall, Zayn, Louis and Josh" wait WHAT?!?

"wait a minute are you guys One Direction?" Rach whispered she basically took the words out of my mouth.

"Um Yeah" I'm guessing Liam said hard to tell when they all have about 3 layers of clothes and glasses and a hat on.

"Liam why are not freaking out?" Niall asked Liam I could tell it was him because of the Irish accent

"We can freak out if you like?" I asked then started jumping up and down like a mad person

"Omg, I love you guys so much" trying to fan-girl as much as I could, they looked like they were trying to hold in there laughter.

"OK OK, you can stop that now" Harry placed his hands on my arms to stop me jumping.

All the boys burst out laughing.

I know you might be thinking you're standing in front of One Direction.

Harry Styles brought you a drink, and you aren't fangirling.

Plain and simple, I would embarrass myself!

"Anyway We have to go" I turned out the find Rach, but she was in a deep conversation with Zayn they would be a cute couple!

Just a little fact for you there.

"We could hang out if you want, we are heading down to the beach?" Louis asked, jumping up and down.. okay I'm guessing me likes the beach or he needs to pee...

"No we are good thanks, we are going shopping" I didn't want to be rude but I really don't want to fall for any of the boys, I haven't had the best past with boyfriends or boys for that matter, plus this is my first time in America and I can't waste time with boys.

I know I know turning down a day with One Direction, I must be loosing it, but what can you do?

"Oh Common Katie, Just on day with these guys isn't going to hurt, I know you don't like hanging out with boys because of what happen with Ben but not all boys are like that"

Like I said my past with boys wasn't the best! But I know what it's like to just hang out with boys and then you end up liking one and they don't like you back.

I know not all boys are the same but if you lived my past then, you might disagree.

"Okay well can we aleast get your numbers" Josh asked, looking at his phone.

After exschanging numbers and all that Jazz, me and Rach headed for the shops.

"Omg, I don't think I've ever spent that much in one shop" Rach said while both of us carried our bags into the house, we both just fall on the sofa.

"I know, We basically brought a whole new wardrobe" we both burst out laughing.

"So, I saw you and Zayn" I winked and pocked rach's cheek with were going a bright red, bless her!

"Oh that" She was laughed and bit her lip. "I really like him Katie, not because he's famous or anything like that, he was so funny and great to talk to, even if he only spoke for about 5 minutes I really like him"

I was so happy for Rach, I feel bad now for saying no to hanging out with them!

"Call or text him and ask to meet up tomorrow or something?" I shouted handing her, her phone.

We ended up watching movies all night and talking, this trip is going to be amazing!
