Alicard walks Lance and Stryker to an open area in the forest. "Alright," Alicard says stopping. He turns around to face Lance and says "there's only one way you can try to get a second chance. I'm going to do only one spell," he raises his hand with his fingers in the almighty force position "All you have to do is try to attack me. If you can strike me, you've earned partial trust and you can stay with us, but if you can't, you will leave and never come back. Is that understood?" Lance nods "Good," says Alicard "now come at me." Lance picks out a dagger and darts at Alicard with all his speed. Alicard twists his wrist, and the almighty force pushes Lance far as he lands on his back. "Ouch!" Lance says, "How in the name of Ancrad am I supposed to hit you!?" Alicard snaps back saying "That's your own problem to figure out. Now again, come at me." Lance tries to book it towards him this time with a smoke pellet, he slams it on the ground creating a huge cloud of smoke. Lance sneaks from behind to only get hit again with the all mighty force. "Face it Lance," says Alicard "you cannot win this, just leave, cower back to once you came." Lance is on his hands and knees "No." He mutters "I will not give up. As long as there's a breath in me no one will get in my way!" Lance as fast as lightning, dashes to Alicard when suddenly a quick but bright light flickers off of Lance causing Alicard to get off his guard. That was the moment to strike for Lance as he makes a huge slash that hits Alicard across the chest, a very critical hit as, Alicard wide eyed falls defeated and in critical condition. "Is that enough to proof for a second chance?" Lance says very confidently. Stryker comes up and slaps the life out him. "What the heck Lance that was way out of hand! He's in bad shape, we need to get him to the white Mage hold, stat!" Stryker starts picking Alicard up he coughs up blood and says "No need." He raises his left hand as a faint yellow light appears slowly mending the wound on his chest. He stands up perfectly good as new. "Now then," he says "What will we be needing?"
