Katherine's POV

"Katherine wake up"  someone said shaking me

Maddie.

"I'm up" I said

"Good" Maddie said then she left the room

I got ready then I got a call from Michael

M=Michael

K=Katherine

K: Hey

M:Hey so do you want me to pick you up at 3?

K: I'm already packed and ready to go so you can come by now

M:Ok cool be there in a bit

K: Ok see you soon

M: wait is Maddie coming too?

K: yes then you guys can make out

I could practically see Michael blushing

M:be there in a bit bye

K: Bye

**end of call***

"Hey Maddie I'll be right back I'm gonna go run" I told Maddie

It's not all a lie I'm really using my vamp speed to get breakfast

I walked out side until I was behind Maddies house then using vamp speed I saw a cute guy running when he saw me he stopped

"You run really fast " he said

" thanks you run pretty fast yourself" I said

My stomach growled

"Hey are you hungry?Do you want to go get some food? I'll buy" he said

"Ok sure" I said

We walked to a cafe

"Hey umm can you come here for a minute?" I asked him he nodded and followed me Into an alley way

My fangs came out

He was about to run but I stopped him

"You will not run away or scream this won't hurt" I said as I compelled him

Compelling is like mind control but for vampires

Then I stuck my fangs in his neck and drank

I drained him of all his blood and then carried him and took the knife I had in my pocket and sliced his neck to take people off my track if they found his body

I cleaned my face and then ran back home

"I'm back" I yelled as soon as I walked in the house

"Hey" Maddie said

The doorbell rang I used my vamp hearing to hear who was here

I heard Michaels voice and 2 others

Maddie got the door and in came Michael and 2 other boys one with dirty blonde hair and one with brown curly hair

"Ok so guys this is Katherine my cousin and you know Maddie" Michael said

"Hi" I said I could smell their sent it smelled so good

"Katherine this is Luke" he said pointing to the dirty blonde haired boy

"And this is Ashton" he said pointing to the brown curly haired boy

They smelt so good

"Umm Katherine are you ok?" Luke asked

"Yeah why" I asked

"Your face" Luke said

I turned around so they couldn't see my vamp side

"Oh yeah umm there is something in my eye" I said

"Umm can we leave?" I asked

"Yeah I'll go get your things" Michael said

"I like your outfit" Ashton said

I was wearing a maroon tee with black skinny jeans and my vans

Luke was wearing a Green Day tee with black skinny jeans that had holes on the knees and black converse

Ashton was wearing a black jacket with a black shirt underneath and black skinny jeans with black converse

Michael came downstairs and then we all got into the car

Michael was driving Maddie sat in the front with him I sat in the back with Luke and Ashton

*skip the car ride*

We where greeted with a smiling Calum

Calum would FT me with Michael I've never met him in person though

"Sup Cal" I said as I hugged him which was a bad choice because I felt my fangs come out I've got to control myself

When we pulled away Maddie was already on the couch watching This Is Us by some band name One Depression or something she's in love with Michaels friend named Niall or something my favorite is Louis because he is the only one who doesn't get on my nerves

"Hey Katherine come and watch This Is Us with me" Maddie said by now everyone was over there on the couch

Maddie was on the side and Michael was next to her then it was Calum,then Ashton,Luke then me

We all fell asleep on the couch during the movie except Maddie
