Chapter one :

Alarm/ DING DONG RING DING !!¡
       As I wake up I push the stop button on my clock and go to the bathroom , I brush my hair and teeth and it's time to wake up my foster dad and brother " Mason wake up you have to go to school today or your dad will start getting letters in the mail" said Alex. I'm up! Said Mason, He stood up and you could tell he was hung over and I rolled my eyes and walked away to wake Rick. I walked into the biggest and darkest room in the house and I took another step and stubbed my toe and made a loud thud but luckily he didn't hear me but I kept walking to the window because I found out that was the best way to wake him up cause if I just talked loud he would freak out and hit me but if he sees the sun it's not as bad .. I take one more step and open the curtains and say time to get up and walking quickly out of the room and back to mine . I pick out a outfit and it's ripped jeans with a white tank top and a grey jacket and I sat down and looked in the mirror and I looked very pale and sleepy with bags under my eyes so I do my makeup and slip on my vans (shoes) and walk out the door because if I was seen with makeup on It wouldn't be pretty .  As I get on the schools property I see these three girls that give me problems for no reason but I just keep walking and avoiding them , when I get to my locker and grab what I need I look over and see Dylan price looking in my direction but I look away really fast because if Janet seen me I'd get my ass beat cause they broke up like a month ago but he's still "hers" . He came up to me In English that same day and said he wanted to get to know me and be friends and I was surprised because he wasn't being fake or joking I could tell ..  I smiled and said okay and we talked about how we always wanted to talk to each other but didn't want to make things weird and about hanging out after school until class started . Class ! Settle down Mr.clark said as the class sat in their seats . Good morning I hope all you guys have been paying attention to this whole weeks reading POP QUIZ! All the class booed and looked upset but the thing was I knew everything , I set my pencil down being one of the first done and as he collected all the papers the bell rang and I grabbed my stuff and walked out of that class but Dylan followed me to my locker and asked if I could hang out this weekend and I said I don't see why not but Janet,Valerie  and Emma seen me talking to him at my locker and I told him that he needed to leave now and he asked why and his beautiful blue eyes soaked into my soul and I could feel a tears in my eyes just please go so he did.  Hours pass by and it's finally 6th hour and this boy chase thats on the football team with Dylan said that Dylan wanted me to meet him at the football field after school ended but I told him I couldn't because I have to be home to cook my foster family dinner before they get home and he started asking me when they'd be home and stuff and I told him 6'0clock and when I got home Janet,Emma and Valerie  were sitting on my porch and I asked why they were there and I knew but I played dumb .
Janet : what a slut , it's a shame that Dylan had to look at you I mean your fuglie why would a roach like you even want to live ?😂
Emma: she thinks Dylan wants her how cute .
Valerie walked up in her face and asked where I came from I just looked down and she pushed me and said "IM TALKING TO YOU!" And I said I came from my mother and Janet ran up and said "and where is she sweetie? I don't know said Alex . Emma said oh yeah aren't you adopted? Janet tackled me and punched me in the in the head and I covered my face as Valerie kicked me in the stomach and Emma recorded I grabbed Janet's hair and told her to get off of me and she laughed so I tried turning and rolling and it worked I started hitting her back and than Valerie grabbed a piece of wood that sat in front of my house and slammed it into my head and knocked me out . Emma screamed and started crying and Valerie and Janet dragged her onto the side of the house so no one could see her . 3 hours later she woke up and it was 5:30 almost time for them to come home she went as fast as she could bruised up with a killer headache to make the soup she was told to make , chicken a dumpling about 15 mins pass by and she hears the door open and ricks voice yelled hey bitch is dinner done I'm starved ! I said about 15 minutes Rick and he came into the kitchen and grabbed me and said are you serious this is how you treat me when I'm the one who took you in you lazy fu*king cunt! And as I shook and cried Mason came in and said she's had enough just let her cook the rest so we can eat and watch the game . 10 minutes later dinner was served and Alex scooped bowls and said dinners ready and walked as fast as she could to her room and cried herself to sleep at 7:00pm like she did almost every night  .
