Maddy's POV

I see it happen but it's too late. Out of no where a creature that I have not seen before comes out and attacks Channy from behind. I run over to her. She is unconscious but still breathing. She will be okay. I repeat over and over in my head. But something snaps in me as I see blood run down the side of her head. I stand up and feel it consume my body. "GRAY! Take Channy! And everyone run back to the house and don't look back!" "But maddy..." Gray starts to protest. "NOW!" I yell with hair covering my eyes while looking down. Everyone runs back to the house. "Now time for some fun" I say in a creepy way followed my a creepy laugh. Just as I lose my last bit of control and it snaps. I instantly transform and lung at them....

LUCY's POV

I have never seen maddy like that. Everyone else ran off but I stayed behind and watched. Her movements were filled with anger but yet every movement she made was precise and she never missed. The first one was down with the first hit and alls maddy had do was punch her, followed by a roundhouse kick to the gut for the second guy who fell to the ground as well.  The creature however was large like 3 times the size of laxus large. It had scales down his arms and legs, a pair of black horns on his head, and had a long black scaled tail. It was terrifying but Maddy didn't seemed fazed by its looks. She looked about ready to murder the beast with her eyes, I mean if looks could killed that beast would no longer exist. Maddy was first to make a move she flew high in the air before diving head first towards the beast. She let out this large cry and raised her fist aiming for the head as she crashed with full force into the beast. Once impact was made everything went up in dust you couldn't see anything and my ears were ringing from the sound of the impact. The dust slowly settled to find maddy standing back away from the beast breathing heavily. I look over to the beast to see the damage but there wasn't any except for one of its horns missing and the massive crater its standing in. Maddy takes her stance and so does the beast they both charge for each other.

GRAY'S POV

We all run back towards the house. I'm being careful as I'm carrying Channy in my arms and don't want to injure her any further. We make it to the house and Mira gets the first aid kit "Gray lay her on the couch." Mira says and gets to work with Wendy helping. "Maddy looked so pissed off, hey gray?" Natsu said to me while I was staring at Channy. "I know. But even I felt like I wanted to kill that monster but I don't get why?" I mutter to natsu. Gajeel who is leaning against the wall just scoffs and says "You are an idiot." Before leaving the room to join the others. What did he mean? Ugh he annoys me. I think to myself, Mira and Wendy have left the room too, I was alone with Channy. She looked so peaceful when she slept. I knelt down beside her and stroked her head gently. She stirred, I froze but she just remained asleep. I sigh with relief soon I hear yelling for natsu. I get up and walk out to see natsu sprinting back to where we were. "What's going on?!" I yelled. Erza replied "Lucy didn't come back with us." Oh shit.

MADDY's POV

I had cuts and bruises all over my body and most of my clothes and torn to shreds. I was breathing heavily. The beast was in the same condition except he was now missing both his horns. He attacked me again I dodged. We have been playing a game of cat and mouse for a while now. I need just a little bit long for my finally move that will end him.  He catches something out to the left side and I turn to see blonde hair hiding in the bushes oh shit Lucy "LUCY! GET OUT OF HERE!" But it's too late the beast is charging at her I fly as fast as I can but I'm not quick enough. CRASH! I open my eyes to see the beast on the other side breaking several trees as he fell I turn to see Natsu holding Lucy, I breathe I sigh of relief. "Natsu carry Lucy as far away to the house as you can! NOW!" I yell as I turn back to the beast just getting up. I hear them leave. Finally it has reached it peak. I close my eyes and I start to levitate. "Oh stars of heaven and the flames of hell! I summon thy darkness to destroy thy enemy! Hells Angel Secret Art! JIGOKU NO TENSHI!!" A gold and black beam falls from the magic circle above and hits the beast. You hear this blood curdling cry of pain before silence. Alls is left is a massive crater from where the beast stood. I look to the stars and I slowly see the sky change colour. From darkness to light. I smile but then frown. As I start to loose consciousness my transformation is over and I fall to the ground only to be caught. I faintly see black hair before drifting into darkness.

??? POV

She is as beautiful as the day I had to leave. I move a strand of hair from Maddys face and kiss her forehead. I slowly carry her back to the house and go to her window in her room. I lay her on her bed knowing she will heal just fine as I go to jump out the window someone opens the door. "WHO ARE YOU?!" I just smirk and gave a wave before jumping out the window and disappearing back into the woods.
