Dani never expected to fall in love with her exs roommate. Yeah, she was upset when Santana left her for some girl named Alex, in which she will soon find out is Rachel's cousin. Speaking of Rachel, Dani still has no idea how or why it happened but sitting at the Diner on her break, the blonde headed girl watched as the diva took an order from a very old looking man. The way the Diner's uniform hugged Rachel's body had the sapphic goddess feeling tingles all the way down to her tippy toes.

When Rachel turned around, she flashed Dani a smile and walked off towards the back.

That smile was gonna be the death of Dani, she never has seen such a bright smile in her life and it brought on these warm fuzzy feelings deep with in her stomach that she hasnt felt since the time she made out with that girl in her parents basement.

By the end of their shifts, Dani was about ready to tackel Rachel down on her bed and have her way with her but she knew better. Rachel deserved to be treated with respect.

"You want to come keep me company tonight?"

Turning her attention to the slightly shorter girl, Dani raised her eyebrows, "What?"

Rachel giggled, "Come home with me so we can have a girls night,"

"I...dont think that would be a very good idea Rach," Dani looked away from smoldering brown eyes.

"Why not?"

It sounded like Rachel was pouting, looking up Dani instantly regretted it. Sure enough, Rachel was pouting. Swallowing, Dani averted her eyes elsewhere.

"Its nothing, look I gotta...go, Ill see you at work tomorrow Rac-"

the dive placed a hand over Dani's mouth to keep her quiet just as she locked their gazes.

"You're avoiding me, why?"

Dani swallowed again, this time thickly. She was a sapphic goddess, why in the hell was a tiny girl making her feel like a puddle of goo?

She pulled Rachel's hand away from her mouth only to keep ahold of it, looking straight into her eyes, "Id rather sing it for you,"

"Okay," Rachel nodded slowly, squeezing Dani's hand.

Both girls walked to Central Park and found a bench to sit on, the sun beginning to rise. Dani was glad she brought her guitar that day as she pulled it around her shoulder and pulled the pick out.

"Santana always told me that you were straight and if thats the case then fine, but I still want you to listen to this," she looked from Rachel's eyes, "if I dont get it out now then I wont be living like I always have been, I cant keep lying to myself,"

When she looked back up, Rachel was giving her the most sincere amd gentle look she could ever see on another person, it made her heart leap and pound in her chest. Taking in a deep breath, Dani began to play the intro of the song, her eyes on her guitar strings.

Rachel watched closely, feeling her own heart begin to pick up speed.

Dani began to nod her head to the beat, her slim fingers gliding over the strings as she played.

Dani finally looked up when she sung the next part, looking into Rachel's eyes.

She didnt get to finish the song because Rachel leaned over and placed a kiss to the corner of the dirty blonde's mouth, a hand resting over the hand holding the neck of the guitar.

"Dont listen to Santana, just because I dated four guys in my life doesnt mean Im opposed to dating women," the diva said softly, placing another kiss to Dani's cheek and pulling away so she could stand.

"Now, I heard theres this great place that sells amazing muffins and coffee at the crack of dawn," she grinned and looked down at the slightly taller girl still sitting, "Want to take me?"

Dani was speechless since the first kiss so all she trusted herself to do was nod and stand. Sliding her guitar back over her shoulder, she sought out Rachel's hand and smiled when the diva squeezed her head.
