Getting the girl is hard and/or easy for some. For Dani it was in between. She got the girl, has the girl and now she's passing through another obstacle in life.

Trying to keep the girl.

Three months into their relationship and already she has her doubts. A big Broadway soon to be known name dating some guitar playing hipster girl? Seems unrealistic to anyone else. And not to mention all the guys and girls flirting with the tiny diva. Her tiny diva.

Nights like this one, where Dani sat in the audience seats while she waited for Rachel to finish her rehearsals, she hated the way all of her peers watched her sing and dance like a piece of meet they were planning on taking a bite out of. And none of them respected the fact that she was with Dani.

"Alright! That's it for today, tomorrow is another day but different settings. Rachel you won't have to be here for this one, all for the dancers. Take a day off cupcake," the director announced to the tiny girl, who in return gave him her megawatt smile before bouncing off towards back stage where a few of her co-stars followed.

Dani felt the urge to follow but decided to stay in her seat. She was tired. Too tired of always trying to keep everyone away from Rachel. Everyone that wasn't her family or friends. She knew she couldn't tame such a free spirit, hell she could bare tame Santana and that was a mess of a spirit. Rachel's will was stronger and brighter, so what gave Dani the idea that she could actually keep Rachel from straying?

She found herself outside by the time Rachel was done inside. The diva smiled that heart melting smile she only reserved for the most important people when she spotted Dani. She walked up to her and wrapped her arms around the girl's waist from behind. They were exactly the same height so Rachel could rest her chin on her shoulder with no problem.

"Did you miss me?"

Dani couldn't help but to smile back as her hands reached up to rest over the tiny tanned arms around her midsection.

"Always babe,"

But before Rachel could walk in front of the blonde headed, a few voice came from behind them both.

"Rachie!"

"Rach!"

They both turned to see two of Rachel's main co-stars and the biggest flirts in the entire Broadway industry.

Jason; shaggy dirty blonde hair with a face to die for. His build was muscular yet slim as well. He was at least 6 foot with gorgeous steel blue eyes.

Mikayla; long wavy red hair and cute little freckles littering her cheeks. She had a cute baby face but was exceptionally beautiful. She was a tad bit taller then Rachel and had the body of a dancer. To Dani, though, she seemed a bit too thin for a dancer. Mikayla had pale green eyes that would nab anyone's heart.

"What's up you guys?" Asked Rachel. She still held her smile once the two caught up with them.

Mikayla was the first to speak, "We were wondering if you wanted to grab some drinks."

"Kick back and chill, ya know?" Jason added.

Rachel mulled over her thoughts, trying to think of something she had planned. She didn't.

"I don't see why not, its been awhile since I've had drinks with a few friends," she turned to Dani and gave the girl a fond smile, "Baby, you wanna come with?"

Dani shook her head.

"Nope. You go on ahead, I'll head back home," Dani forced a smile onto her lips. Rachel either ignored the fake smile or didn't know if it was fake or not, but which ever one it was she just leaned in and planted a kiss to the blonde headed girls cheek.
