“ We are happy to have such a prestigious batch of newcomers to the FBI.  From today onwards, your lives will be filled with crime and danger, success and failure.  Every one of you are going to step into the real world.  And every one of you will fail.  Now it is up to you to gain the strength to conquer those failures.  Congratulations, class of 2013.  You are officially agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”  The speaker ends his speech with a wide smile, and at once the new FBI agents burst into applause.  Among them was Kendall Olomon.  Her long brown hair was tied into a bun, like all the other female graduates, and she was finally wearing the navy blue jacket that had the initials " FBI " printed across the back in yellow.  The speaker on stage, a middle aged man pointed at her, and gestured for her to come forward.  Kendall marched over and went on stage, confused and excited.  The speaker, D. D. Ambrose, gently grasped her hand and held it up.

“ I would like to present you our top graduate of the year:  Kendall Linda Olomon!”  The crowd clapped and cheered, repeatedly chanting Kendall’s name.
