Chapter four
Annie's POV:
I couldn't believe that Caleb's plan was actually working so good!
"I can't believe mom actually sees me and Sydney together!" Caleb said
"I can't believe that your plan is actually work so well!" I said
"Shh you don't want Brennan and Sydney to hear us!" Caleb whispered
"Okay" I whispered back
We slowly walked down the stairs to the basement where Brennan and Sydney were waiting for us. Brennan was just standing there looking at me...and smiling at me! He was so cute and I really hoped Caleb's truth or dare worked so me and Brennan could be together...
"Annie!" Caleb whispered and elbowed me.
"What was that for!" I whispered back
"You're starting at Brennan! Try to act normal and not too obvious!" Caleb whispered
"But I can't help myself!" I whispered
"Try your hardest." Caleb whispered, I nodded and looked at the floor
Brennan's POV:
Annie and Caleb walked down the stairs, I couldn't help myself from staring at Annie, she's so beautiful, funny, nice, caring, and she's pretty much perfect! I started to daydream and I guess Annie was also staring at me because I saw Caleb elbow Annie and then them whispered back and forth to each other. I quickly got out of daydream and acted casual so no one would suspect that I have a crush on Annie.
"Annie do you want to make up a dance routine?" Sydney said. Someone suggest something all four of us can do so I can be with Annie, I thought biting my lip.
"How about we all go swimming!" Caleb said. Thank you Caleb! I thought
"That sounds like fun!" I said
"Come on Sydney, let's go get our suits on!" Annie said as her and Sydney bolted up the stairs
"I'll go get in my suit" I said and I turned around and started to go up the stairs
"Wait!"
"What?"
"You like Annie, don't you?"
"Um no"
"Really dude! You were staring at her for like 5 minutes straight!"
"Fine I like her a little."
"Okay more like a lot! Do you know if she likes me back though?"
"She likes you... A lot" Caleb mumbled
"Really!" I couldn't believe it! I really wanted to ask her out but I don't know if she has permission to date and I don't know if I do either...
"Thanks Caleb!" I ran up the stairs to get my bathing suit on and to text my mom

M: hello
B: um... Can I date Annie?
M: I guess so but you need to be responsible
B: we will be
M: ok have fun! Love you
B: thank you love you too!
