Chapter nine
Brennan's POV:
We all walked down the stairs to the basement Annie looks over at me and smiles and raises her eyebrows, which is so cute! We all sit down on the couch in a circle-ish shape
"I'll go first" Caleb says, we are all just playing like kids daring each other to hop on one foot for a minute, pat your head and rub your belly... Until Caleb dares me to kiss Annie on the cheek for 30 seconds and then hold her hand for 5 minutes. I instantly smile and look at Annie she smiles and just looks so happy! Caleb pulls out his phone as I lean in and kiss Annie on the cheek "Go!" I hear Caleb say but I'm already kissing Annie on the cheek, "done!" We hear Caleb say. I slowly pull my head away from Annie, I reach out my hand and turned Annie's head towards me. I leaned in and gave her a kiss on the lips and she kissed back, I could see sparks and I was so happy! I never wanted this moment to end! She pulled out and smiled at me. She grabbed my hand and smiled at Caleb.
Annie's POV:
Brennan just kissed me full on the lips! All I could see was sparks! Caleb's plan obviously worked! We all continued to play truth or dare like kids with silly little things until Caleb gave me the cue to dare him to hold Sydney's hand for 7 minutes.
"Truth or dare Caleb?" I asked
"Dare!" Caleb responded smiling at me
"I dare you to hold Syd's hand for seven minutes!" I said as I reached for my phone. I looked up and Sydney was smile so big and Caleb was smiling
"Go!" I said as I hit the start button on my timer. Caleb reached out for Sydney's hand. We continued playing truth or dare for the seven minutes.
"You're done." Brennan said looking over at my phone. Caleb smiled as he looked over at me and then turned his head towards Sydney
"Syd can I talk to you in private?" Sydney nodded as they both stood up and walked into the next room, me and Brennan were alone...
