"Hannah is that you?"
I groaned. "Yes Alex, ....its me."
Before he could say anything else to me I quickly got up from my seat and left the office.
"HANNAH YOU GET BACK HERE NOW!" I heard Mr. Daniel yelling but I chose to ignore him. I ran straight to the student parking lot and got in my car. I normally don't skip school but today I was not in the mood for Alex.
*********************************** THE NEXT DAY
I walked to the entrance of my school dreading being here. I stepped into the office running right into Mr.Daniel.
"Great." I said under my breath.
"Hello Hannah!" Mr. Daniel said.
"Hi Mr. Daniel." I said not really wanting to speak to him.
"I wanted to talk to you about yesterday."
"What about yesterday?" I said not really wanting to talk about it.
"Let's step into my office."
I rolled my eyes. I really was not in the mood to deal with this.
We both took a seat in his office. I sat in my seat preparing myself for what was about to take place.
"Ok, I noticed how you reacted when Alex stepped into my office the other day. Why did you do that?"
"No reason." I said rolling my eyes. The thought of Alex just aggravated me.
"Are you sure?"
"Positive." I said slightly smirking to make it more believable and to get of of the office.
"Good, because he's a new student and since your one of the top students in the school I wanted you to be his student mentor."
"WHAT??" I screamed hopping out of my seat.
