"Stiles? This way, please." I nod, following the nurse, as my eyes take in the whiteness of the facility with a clenched jaw- I'd never been a fan of normalisation, white is one of those colours that needs to be complimented with another- perhaps red.
"I'm the part of the bird that's not in the sky."
I frown, looking up to see a dark-skinned man climbing over that railing of a higher level, I nudge the nurse before asking- "Hey, do you see that?" The nurse, however, continues to walk numbly, her features obscured by her long curly locks of hair, while her uniform- white, remains completely still as she leads me further up the steps.
"I'm the part of the bird that's not in the sky."
I frown, moving closer to the man who leans forward into the abyss that lays beneath us, the nurse calls out to me- "Stiles, wait for me." But I pay no mind as I urgently move forward, my limbs feeling heavy beneath me as I struggle with myself.
"I'm the part of the bird that's not in the sky."
"That guy up there." I point frantically, trying to get her to remove her tightening grip from my wrist while dragging her up the steps. "Please," I beg, my breath increasing in panic-
"I can swim in the ocean, yet still remain dry. "
"I can swim in the ocean, yet still remain dry."
"I can swim in the ocean, yet still remain dry..."
"Stop! Somebody stop him!" I scream in pure terror, as I break free from the nurses grip, launching myself at where he once stood, only to watch him plummet the remaining metres to his death. The distinct sound of bones snapping ricochets through my head, as I slowly fall to my knees
The nurse yells for me, as I stagger upright, my eyes blurring before I collapse against the railing, "Everyone has it, but no one can lose it. What is it?"
"I don't know!" I scream, my body shakes violently, as I rip myself free from the grip that encircles me.
"Everyone has it, but no one can lose it. What is it?"
"Please-" I beg, "Kill me- please," tears fill my eyes, as I push myself away from the white that surrounds me in it's glorified innocence.
"Everyone has it, but no one can lose it. What is it?"
Kill me!

"Jackson!" Klaus calls while walking into the room where Jackson had vacated for the past few days. Klaus's nose wrinkled at the smell of coagulated blood while he looked at Jackson's blood stained torso. "Well isn't this pleasant," Klaus spoke gingerly, his lips pulled into a smug smile while Jackson's grin grew.
"Klaus, mate? What can I do for you-" Jackson asked, all the while Klaus had already begun talking.
"I know Stiles broke the Sire bond, but you- are a bit of a disgrace, mate." Klaus moved to the side of the room where Jackson kept his stuff boxed up and blood-stain free. "You, get dressed- and go find my little brother," Klaus demanded while throwing clothes at the boy, "Oh- and don't forget to have a shower. You stink."
