Phil POV

It's been years, YEARS since all the YouTubers got together again, and it felt nice to see my good community again. I wondered in the back of my mind what Dan Howell was doing, now that he had canceled all connections with YouTube after our... fight... It went a little something like this:
*woooo magical flashback*
Dan: "What do you mean I seem off?! I'm totally okay Phil.."
Phil: "it's just, you seem less happy!"
Dan: "I'm only happy with you Phil! And that's the issue!"
Phil: "why? I understand how you feel, you make me laugh to! I mean, you're my best friend!"
Dan: "that's exactly why you'll never get it."
*swooosh back to reality*
And that was it. It was like I did something wrong. I walked out into the grass as the popping disco lights beamed over it. The music pounded in my ears as I found a few good people to chat with, like Jack and Mark. "Hey, look!" Jack said as he pointed to none other than Dan himself. "We need him to get in the picture for a reunion photo!" He screeched. Dan walked over and gave a huffing sigh. He slumped his arm around me as the picture was snapped. I was at a loss for words, just staring into Dans eyes. "Can I, talk to you?" Dan whispered against my cheek as we walked out of the crowd. I took his arm and dragged him out to a nice open patch of ground. We sat, and he gave me sad, heartwarming eyes and said "Phil, I left because I loved you". I felt a lump in my throat and relief against my shoulders. I had been madly crushing on Dan that whole time, and that was it? I didn't have to hide my feelings? I responded. All I did was mutter ever so slightly, "when people want to spend the rest of their lives with someone, they consider them a soulmate, a lover, and a best. friend.....remember?". then it all clicked in Dan's mind. All the connections of me constantly crushing on him. All of the love. He grasped my cheek and I kissed him passionately. We then stared at the stars till I was drifting off. Dan softly interlocked our hands together and I smile
