I'm also a leader when need to be. The reason im a good leader is because the ones I'm working with know I will do almost anything for them. As long as you do for others even though you know that they wouldn't do it for you, you can earn their respect. Whenever I'm working with someone I get things done as long as I know what to do. When I know what to do I organize the people out and tell them what to do. If they are ones who don't like to take orders then I ask them that usually does it since I already would have earned their respect. If someones not getting something im one to show them. I'm not a good explainer.
