Chapter 7: I Do Believe

Mia's P.O.V

After I cried for my mother Peter took me back to the borrow so we could go to sleep. It felt good to sleep next to Peter knowing that he would protect me form danger.

"Hey Mia are you still awake?" Peter asked me and I rolled over and saw Peter looking at me and he looked different then normal.

"What's wrong Peter?" I asked him as got comfortable.

"Your not going to leave us are you?" He asked me and I saw how vulnerable he truly was.

"No I'm not and that's a promise." I said touching his arm and pushed him slightly axion him to roll on his back. "Night Peter..." I whispered and went to sleep, for some reason right before I fell asleep I felt something warm engulf me.

5 years later (Mia's P.O.V.)

It's been about 5 1/2 years since I came to Neverland and I'm a little over 21 now while Belfire is 27 now.

"Hi Awty Mia!" Little Cane yelled causing me to laugh.

"Hey Cane! Where's Mommy and Daddy?" I asked my 4 1/2 year old nephew.

"Dey caming!" He replied causing me to smile.

"Hey Mia!" Adriana yelled happily as she ran over to me to smile and hug her.

"So am I going to get a hug?" Tommy asked me and I let go of Ardiana and gave my brother a hug.

"Hey guys!" Belfire said running up to us.

"Hey!" We greeted and after 2 hours of doing nothing Adriana, Tommy, and Cane went back to the lagoon leaving me with Belfire.

"Come on I want to take you somewhere!" Belfire said in a frenzy.

He grabbed my wrist and yanked me to a cliff.

"What are we doing here, Bel?" I asked him scared of his answer.

"We're going home..." He said before pouring stuff on me, and we flew... I like Peter.

We flew for what seemed as hours before we landed on solid ground.

"Why did you do that?!" I yelled at him with tears running down my cheeks.

"I got you away from him..." Belfire growled and I knew he meant Peter.

"You don't know anything..." I growled and his eyes went wide as I felt power poor out of every pour.

"What do you mean?" He asked with confusion.

"I love Peter Pan!" I yelled at him and he slapped me.

"No you don't! He's toying with you! I mean do you honestly think that he loves you back?!" He yelled at me a pushed me down.

"No bit I promised him I would never leave him. And I never go back on my word!" I yelled at standing up and punching him. "Don't ever come near me or someone I love or I'll kill you..." I growled out and he looked scared.

6 months later

(Peter Pan's P.O.V.)

It's been 6 months... She broke her promise... She left me... She said she wouldn't... But she lied to me...

'I do believe...' I heard someone say so I let my shadow go and get them.

When my shadow got back Mia was with him... She came back...

"How did you leave Neverland?" I asked her and she just hugged me.

"Belfire stole some pixie dust and flew us out of Neverland... I'm so sorry I broke my promise..." She whispered and I knew that she was crying.

"It's okay you came back to your family..." I whispered reassuringly in her ear.

"How is everyone else?" She asked as she pulled away from the hug.

"Cane doesn't understand where his aunty is... The Lost Boys have been acting weird since you left and Tink hasn't been around lately since you disappear." I told her and her eyes showed sorrow.

"Well tell them I'm back." She said smiling causing me to laugh.

"Well how about you tell them yourself Love." I said knowing the nickname bothered her.

"It's Mia not Love!" she complained and she hit my arm giving me a dead arm.

"You hit like a boy!" I said and she laughed.

"And you bruise like a peach Pan." She said and I playfully glared at her.

"Do not!" I yelled at her as I pouted.

"Whatever Pan now come on let's go tell them, so go tell them that you think you know where I am." She told me as she climbed a tree and disappeared into the forest.

20 minutes later all of the Lost Boys that knew her like I did, her brother, Adriana, Cane, and Tink were all gathered.

"I think I found her... I think I found Mia..." I said and Thomas looked excited.

"Where?" He asked me looking happy.

"Up here!" Mia yelled jumping down from the tree tops and landing gracefully on the ground.

"Awty Mia! Chu bak!" Cane yelled happily as he tackled her.

"Hey baby boy! I missed you!" She squealed happily as she hugged him.

"Where's Bel?" Thomas asked her.

"I threatened him that if he went near me or someone I loved again I'd kill him. I mean he maybe my half brother but that gave him no right to think he knows the best for me, and that he could hit me..." She growled out dangerously low causing Thomas to shiver along with everyone else but me.

"Uncw bayfire bad?" Cane asked her and she smile slightly.

"Uncle Belfire wanted to be safe." She answered him and he nodded not really getting it.

Mia's P.O.V.

I was finally back in Neverland. It was my home now because it had my family and my love.

To finally sleep in Peter's arms again would be wonderful and I wouldn't be lonely anymore.

"Come on let's go to sleep it's late." Peter said and grabbed my arm surprising me.

"Your still staying with me." He said in a hard tone.

"Okay." I replied as we walked to where we slept.

After 10 minutes of walking we arrived at the borrow.

"Here wear this..." I said handing her one of my larger shirts, she took it and walked towards to hot springs that located close but it was still underground. "where are you going?" I asked her and she turned around.

"I haven't had a real bath since I left Neverland." She said and walk towards the hot spring but before grabbing a towel.

I striped down to my boxers and got into my bed while waiting for Mia.

After 49 minutes she came back with moist black hair and she was yawning. She crawled into bed next to me.

"Goodnight Mia..." I whispered kissing her forehead and pulling her closer to me so that she was snuggled into me.

"Night Peter..." She said and fell asleep.
