Nightmares

The Birthday Party....

Hey Mrs.Dillard..little Mackenzie is all ready..she has her book bag by the door..thanks so much Tiffany sorry I came and picked  her up so early from class but I have a busy day ...

Tomorrow is the big day... Mackenzie will be four  years old... and I have to finish shopping today..Its okay Mrs.Dillard ... Mackenzie was excited all day about her birthday party tomorrow...

Mackenzie said she is going to be a little princess and that Snow White herself is coming to her party..Said Tiffany one of the day care aides with a wide smile on her face..Yeah Snow White is coming ...

And she cost Mommy and Daddy a whole lot of money  for her little visit...Said Mrs.Dillard sarcastically.She and Tiffany were laughing when little Mackenzie skipped up to the desk where they were standing..

had taken six years and thousands of dollars to have her but it had been worth ever dollar and heartbreak ..Mrs,Dillard would do it all over again to have Mackenzie....Ah baby we can get some

ice cream from the store but we have to go shopping for your birthday party today said Mrs.Dillard as she knelt down and gave Mackenzie a hug and kiss..yeah!! yeah!! my party lets go! Mommy lets go!..

screamed Mackenzie joyfully..well I guess she is ready to go I will see you tomorrow at the party Tiffany said Mrs Dillard,,, As she grabbed Mackenzie hand and went out the day care front door...

See you at the party Mrs.Dillard and Mackenzie... yelled Tiffany at their rapidly departing backs..Come on Mommy said Mackenzie as she impatiently pulled on her Mommy hand as they

crossed the street in front of the day care to get to their car....Mrs.Dillard was getting her keys out of her pocket when a speeding red truck came barreling down on them..Mrs Dillard only had time

enough to tighten her hand around Mackenzie....For a split second Mrs Dillard went  deaf..then sound came back she heard people screaming in horror.but she was all right ....

The red speeding truck  had stopped down the street..and Mackenzie was  okay she was still holding her hand tightly in hers...So why was everyone pointing and screaming in horror....

Mrs .Dillard slowly and fearfully looked down at Mackenzie who hand she was still  holding on to so  tightly..

But there was no Mackenzie.. it was only her bloody arm and hand that Mrs.Dillard was holding on to  that was still spasing in her Mommys hand.....
