Today is the big day where we go on the ''date''. It's Saturday.  I don't like it, but I just hate to disappoint Carol with Zach. Carol was never the girl to have a lot of boys. She's not tall, pretty, and has the attitude of other girls. Carol is Carol and I wouldn't ever change her. We spent the week shopping and picking outfits for this day. I'm wearing a red high-low dress with ruffles at the bottom. Carol is wearing a green cutout dress. I didn't pick my dress. Apparently, Zach is picking us up. I'm keeping a pair of converse in my huge bag for after the dinner. I'm planning to leave early so Zach and Carol can be alone (don't tell Carol! I mean it). Zach came to Carol's house at 6 and he was wearing a tux. We got to the restaurant a half an hour later. It was very awkward considering its date night for couples, and we are 3 people. I ordered a Caesar Salad and Zach and Carol ordered a Beef Stroganoff. While we waited for our food, we talked.

Zach: ''So you guys look beautiful today'': D

   Carol and me: ''Thanks''

Zach: 'So Bella, we never talked. Carol tells me about you, but I would like to hear you say it yourself?''

Me: '' What would you want to know?''

     Zach: ''Something simple''

Me: '' Ummmmmm I once took a cooking class at Far Side when I was a freshman. Tell me something about yourself?''

Zach: ''I'm a good cooker'' *Laughs*

I couldn't help to smirk. He saw it and smiled back. Carol smiled along. Our food came after that. We ate and talked. I mostly listened to Carol and Zach talk about after school activities. We paid and left at 8. Carol had to leave with her cousin because her cousin was nearby. So I had to leave with Zach. He stopped by a park, but I didn't want to stay. I said I'm going to keep going , but stopped when he said ''I know your little skills''.
