Prologue

A/N: Hello peoples! As promised, here's the prologue to this sim date story, Yu-Gi-Oh 5DX version!

You live a simple life. In a nice town with your family. You have friends and your life seems perfect ... when actually, it's not.

You've lived the simple life when adventure is what you truly seek. You want excitement, thrills and the chance to see and experience new things.

And it wouldn't hurt to have someone to share it with.

Then, one night changes everything ... literally.

One night you wake up from your sleep. You see something shining from outside your window. You get up and check it to see something in the thicket of trees from behind your house.

Your curiosity gets the best of you and you decide to check it out.

You open your bedroom window and climb out easily. You run to the trees and find a path that leads you to the heart of it.

In the middle of the largest tree you've ever seen, there's a hole in the trunk. And it appears to be glowing inside. You creep over to it and see a golden bracelet with a small hole in the center piece of it. It makes you like how shiny and sparkling it is so you pick it up and put it on your wrist when another thing catches your eye.

The lake.

It was glowing blue, sparkling like diamonds from the starry night sky and glowing full moon. You lean down to see your reflection.

Your (h/c), (h/t) hair, your (e/c) eyes, your (s/c) skin and such in your (f/p) PJ's. You smile at your reflection when the lake started to spin like a whirlpool. You see colors flashing in the water.

Amethyst.

Red.

Blue.

And Gold.

Suddenly, you felt yourself getting pushed in.

You scream as you fell under. You try to swim back up to the surface but something keeps dragging you under. You felt yourself losing oxygen. You start to lose consciousness. Then, at the last moment, you look up to see the moon.

'Please, don't let me die! I'm too pretty to die! Give me a chance! Please,' You thought, begging, praying for your chance to live.

Finally, your eyes close when a bright light blinds you, covering you in a sudden warmth like a cozy blanket.

It's soft and comforting.

It makes you feel calm and safe. Like nothing could hurt you. Almost like you were in someone's arms.

Then, all goes black.

A/N: So, I wanted this prologue to be not too long and complicated. Also, that bracelet is kinda an important factor in this. You'll see why.
