Chapter 26

Ray Ray's POV

I arrive home from school. Today was kind of tiring, but i got to keep moving i have a date with Dessa today. Y'all think I', feeling Dessa? Nah... The first time i saw her i thought she was beautiful, but i was kind of thinking of Bubba before her so i just stuck with Bubba. Besides i would be hella messed up if i dated Dessa right when Princeton moves to Mexico.

Normally for a date i don't shower before. I just put on clothes, spray myself and bounce. Since Dessa is the key to making Bubba jealous, i went all out. Took a shower, brushed my teeth, combed my eye browns, put on my best colone, even re-braided my damn hair! Dessa cant find out I'm using her. Not today.

Dessa's POV

After Bubba "killed a spider" everyone was not talking to me. They all knew why she did that, hell we ain't stupid. I'm having second thoughts about this  date though. If this date is trying to break up my friendship then i ain't going. Things are already turning bad for me.

Since Nae and Bubba are extremely close friends, nae has Bubba's back because we all know Bubba likes Ray. Keke is Bubba's cousin so when ever i look up to ask her something she either looks the other way or has a lame ass excuse like "i needa pee" or "l need my phone charger." We just met Rachel this year and her and Bubba always talk or drink kool-aid or twerk to Sage the Gemeni. Thats the whole vibe i got when i got home.
Forget this shit i have a date to get ready for.

Once i stood up everyone was looking at me. Bubba was muggin super hard. I walked upstairs took a shower and all that good stuff. I put on the Princeton's favorite perfume. I put on a little bit of make-up I put on a long strapless red dress and some cute black flats.

I walked downstairs and the tension raised again. Just watch when i leave all they are gonna do is trash talk me.

Right when i felt the need to say something *DING DONG* ugh saved by the damn bell. I open the door and was hit by this AMAZING smell of colone. I look straight and see Raquan and his cute crooked smile and ONE flower. If Princeton was taking me her would have a dozen roses! I'm not going to complain.

I take the rose and smile.

Ray: you look great

Dessa:  thanks Ray

Ray: shall we bounce?

Dessa: How you gon' say "shall we" and "bounce" in the same sentence haha!

Ray: my bad. shall we..um.. go?

Dessa: yeah sure

Ray: *talking to Keke,Rachel,Bubba and Nae* Bye ladies.

Nae&Rachel: nigglet

Keke's POV

Once that door closed, Rachel immediately started running her mouth.

Rachel: CAN YOU BELIEVE HER! THAT GIRL I SWEAR! WHY WOULD SHE GO ON A DATE KNOWING FULLLL WELL THAT BUBBA LIKES THAT NIG---

Bubba: DOnt get it twisted i got  a boo and i dont wnat Ray one bit

Keke: quit frontin Bubba *sings* ITS WRITTEN ALL OVA YO FACE (Author's Note--if you don't know that song that's a damn shame)

*Everyone busts out in laughter*

Nae: i just don't get why she would do something like that! I mean maybe she jsut did it to get back at Princeton..?

Bubba: i don't know but its stupid! Dessa is trying to get Princeton jealous and Ray is trying to get me jealous!

Rachel: And we shoooo do know that you is jealous

Bubba: what ever yo. Y'all do know we have boyfriends that have no plans. 

Everyone whipped out there phones and texted their boyfriends. It was sad because Princeton is coo with us but he has no date, because he wants....Dessa. 

All of our boyfriends can and we tagged along Jacob. Of course Roc arrived first. He be driving WAY over the speed limit. I just think to myself WHERE THAT POLICE AT?!?

Marqus and Jacob came at the same around the same time. Princeton came and then Prod was last since he is one of those safe drivers.

I wanted to make some rules before we did anything.

Keke: OOOKAYY now that everyone is hear i want to make a rule. NO PDA IN THIS HOUSE TONIGHT. Princeton is here and that just isnt fair.

Roc: you heard my wife! there will be no smooching, no sitting in laps, no arms around each other, no long hugs ann-- wait what the hell are we suppose to do them!

Princeton: mm thanks keke for reminding me im single...

Keke: no problem Princeton and we are going to sit next to each other like some nerds on there first date ever! You hear me!?

Everyone: fine

We watched Forest Gump and it lasted the whole night. i heard some smooching and i looked at Rachel and Marques swapping spit. I got my flash light and shined it on them.

Keke: HEY! I see you two over there!

they immediately stopped and i turned to see Roc sleeping on my lap. Ugh i love him so much. If i find drool on my pajamas we are gonna have a problem though.
