I promised I was going to update but Monday I started this rowing camp.
basically it was supposed to start at 9:00 but it started at 10:00 so I was bored for the whole hour.
to start our day off we got to know each other, then we went to the pool where we had to swim 4 set of laps. Once that was over we had to go in the 7inch and keep our head above the water, we couldn't touch the ground either and we had to do that for 10 fucking minutes. I passed the swimming test though so yay!
after that we walked back to the camp and ate lunch for an hour. we started doing exercises for the rest of the day so I was pooped. lmao.
I fell asleep once I got home.
today I went to camp and we started our day off doing rowing exercises. so I live in Philadelphia so today we walked to the art museum and we had to walk 4 sets of the art museum steps.
look up "the Philadelphia art museum." and you will see what I'm talking about. once that was over we had to run up each set and at the landing we would do an exercise.
first landing was push ups.
second was sits ups.
third was squats.
fourth was jumping jacks.
we had to do 5 sets of that.
once that was over we had to run up and down 5 sets of that.
in all I ran up the stairs 14 times today and down the stairs 14 times.
once that was over we went back to camp and began to do more exercises. after that we ate lunch and once that was over we went outside for 2 hours and began to clean the boats we would use.
once that was done we went back inside and started stretching. that was what my day consisted off.
so I'm tired asf. tomorrow we will actually be rowing in the water for the whole day.
I fell asleep and after this explanation to why I didn't update I'm doing back to sleep.
I will try to update tomorrow but if not you will know why.
