More than a feeling {Dantana}

"Santana hurry up we're late!!" Rachel yelled at her roomate as she was heading to the kitchen to make herself some coffee

"give me just 5 more minutes berry im almost ready" she said while zipping up her rubber red boots and looking at the mirror one last time before she had to go to work she stared at herself till she was satisfied by the way she looked and went her way to the kitchen to find Kurt and Rachel singing some brodway musical while they were eating and drinking the last pieces of their breakfast

"alright Hummelberry you guys can stop singing and eat the rest of your breakfast cause we're already late if any of you care about keeping your job or appartment as much as i do you'd get up now" she said putting on her cardigan and taking her bag walking towards the door working at the dinner was the only way they can aford the rental of the appartment or anything for that matter

"says the girl who barley got ready in time" Kurt pointed out as he was heading towards the door and grabing his bag and jacket

"oh shut up lady face you know im not a morning person" Santana snapped at kurt who put his hands up in defence and walked pass her out the door while rachel filled a coffee cup with coffee for santana

"here drink this in the car" Rachel handed Santana the coffee cup got her bag and her cargian and all three left for work

======= At The Dinner======

soon as they got to the dinner all 3 roomates went to the locker room and put there things in and walked out ready for another 4 to 6 hours of work

"Lopez and the other two" Gunther pointed towards Kurt and Rachel "your late" he said as he laid his hands on his hip

"yes Gunther we know and it won't happen again we promise" Santana said with bitterneiss while rolling her eyes slightly just to make sure gunther didint notice

"good if you want to keep your jop now get back to work" he said and left

"ok how come he only knows my name"

"cause your the only one of all three of us who usually talks back" Rachel said with a smirk creeping her lips

"Whatever berry" she said while rolling her eyes with a slight smile she loved Rachel and Kurt they were like her family even though they are completely annoying at times and she would never admit it to their faces but she really did love them

===A Couple Hours Later===

"Hey Santana would you do me a favor and serve that table over there in the corner my shift is almost over anyway and i got an extra class at NYADA plus i have to go shopping for groceries since you and kurt won't go and you guys finished all the food at home and--" she got cut of by her friend

"Ok okay berry first of all breathe when you talk cause the only person that understands you when you talk like that is you and second of all Kurt's the one who finished all the food and third make sure to get some cookies for me when you go grocery shopping" she shot a sarcastic smile and snapped the pen and notepad out of her friends hand "i'll serve the table you can go now"

"Thanks san i owe you one" Rachel said as she was walking away to the locker room

"You bet you do!" Santana yelled and rolled her eyes as Rachel did to . After a few seconds she went to the table in the corner ready to take the women's order .the women was watching the rain pour outside the window she seemed upset about something Santana couldn't stop staring at her she felt some kind of attraction to the women and she hadn't even talked to the women yet Santana snapped out of her thoughts after a few seconds and said "are you ready to order ma'am?"

The women snapped out of her thoughts as she turned to face Santana a small smile crept her lips and said "umm yeah"

Santana felt her heart melt when the women smiled she had blonde hair and deep brown chocolate eyes that were irresistible she couldn't look away "Well what can i get for you ?" She said now smiling a little

The women sighed as she looked at her menu "i'll just get coffee .." But before Santana could wright her order "on second thought do you have anything a women could have after a horrible break up.." The women said with a slight chuckle and a small smile but you could see the slight stain of tears on her cheeks ..

who would ever break up with this amazing beauty sitting in front of her is all Santana could think of "break up..? Why would anyone wanna break up with you? He's an idiot I mean your hot and i sure would like you under me and with the seconds i've talked to you you seem sweet not all costumers smile at their waiters when they first see them" Santana said she could her the women chuckle after actually realizing what she said she put her hand on her mouth and let go a few seconds later "oh .. God .. I wasn't .. Thinking of sleeping with you or-r a-anything like that your probably not even gay..oh god i'll just shut up"

The women slightly laughed at the waiters reaction .."actually he's a she..and i am gay is it that obvious" she said with a questioning look on her face and a slight smile

"Oh well i-i-i don't know it's just i have really good gaydar senses" stupid stupid why the hell did i just say that and why am i stuttering is all Santana could think "so coffee it is right" Santana snapped the women nodded and stared back at the window after Santana left as soon as she was a good distance from the women she went running to kurt and whisper shouted "oh my god oh my god help me help me!!!"

Kurt looked at her with a confused expression "wow Santana calm down what the hell is going on?"

Santana looked at the women then back at Kurt "i need your help i went to serve her and something came over me and i started saying things i shouldn't have like i thought she was hot and would love to sleep with her before actually knowing if she was gay or not then when she said she was gay i started stuttering in my sentence and Santana Lopez NEVER stutters oh my god help me!!" She said the words so fast while waving her hands around everywhere "i'm even getting that stinky panic sweat under my boobs" she said as she gestured to her under boobs .

Kurt barley understood anything Santana just said "Okay Santana you need to slow down when you talk cause i barley understood what you said and the whole stuttering thing thats cause you like her and your nervous" Kurt smirked but before even talking again he was interrupted by a seriously irritated Santana she pointed to his face and said "i know that smirk don't you dare make a joke about this and if you tell berry i will ruin your social life you heard me" kurt just shot his hands up in defense as always and whispered in her ear before walking away "don't you think the coffee she ordered is cold besides your the one who asked for my help" he smirked as he saw Santana roll her eyes .

She took a deep breath before taking the coffee and taking it to the women she shook of all the nerves and put the cup of coffee on the table as the women turned to face her she said "thank you..." She looked at Santana's name tag reading it and said "Santana" she smiled and Santana felt her heart skip a beat when she heard her name come from those pinkish lips "your welcome" she said but before she could walk away the women held her wrist and Santana looked into her eyes "would you mind sitting with me for a while i'd love your company i honestly can't remember when i smiled this much" she said smiling Santana could feel the nerves coming back to her "s-s-sure" she said while nodding and taking a seat opposite of the women after a few seconds she asked the women "w-what's your name though ?"

She looked at Santana with a smile that grew wider by the second "Dani and i'm guessing your Santana" Dani said pointing at her name tag

"I thought we already established that when you said "thank you Santana"" she said smiling

"Im just making sure" Dani said bitting her lower lip

"So...what's a women like you doing here drinking coffee staring at the window thinking about a break up?" Santana said looking at everything but Dani's eyes so she wont stutter

"Were you watching me the whole time?" She said smiling "should i be worried that you could be a stalker" dani said giving Santana a small smirk

Santana looked right into Dani's eyes and she could feel herself getting more nervous "No-o i wasn't staring pshh i don't stare or stalk strangers" total lie Santana could feel sweat under her boobs start to form oh my god this girl is making me sweat is all that she could think of and started to change the subject as fast as she could "s-so why'd someone break up with you" Dani's smile soon started to fade slowly as a tear rolled down her eye Santana felt bad for her "you don't have to talk about it .."

Dani whipped the tear away and pulled of a fake smile "it's alright i should talk about it anyway .... And i broke up with her not the other way around..and if you must know she cheated .." By the time she finished talking she had another tear fall

Santana moved her hand and put it over Dani's it felt like the most natural thing to do as she said "first girlfriend ..?"

Dani looked at her with confusion and a how did you know look "how can you possibly know that ..?" She said as small tears form in her eyes ..

Santana looked down and said "i broke up with my first girlfriend cause of long distance and after a little time she started dating one of our close friends and to make things worse he was a guy ..she was bisexual.."Santana sighed trying so hard not to cry Dani seemed to notice and tightened her grip on Santana's hand

Santana looked up and Dani simply said "if you ever wanna talk I'm here for you.." She pulled out a sticky note and a pen out of her purse after letting go of Santana's hand and wrote down a number she gave it to Santana whipped her tears and gave her a comforting smile "please do call i'd like to get to know you better to" Santana nodded and smiled Dani looked at her phone to check the time it was getting late she picked up her things and stood up as Santana stood up a few seconds later "i have to go but call me ok ?" She smiled
Santana smiled as well and said "i will" as Dani walked away

As soon as Dani was out of the diner Santana ran to Kurt who was at the time getting his things from his locker she jumped in front of him making him jump a little he put his hand on his heart and sighed heavily "what the hell Santana you scared me"

She smiled widely and bursted out saying "she gave me her number !!!"

Kurt smiled he never saw Santana this excited since brittany asked her to prom he was happy for her "well get your stuff so we can leave and you can call her alright"

Santana nodded and got her things "lets go come on and don't be such a slow driver"

Kurt pushed her playfully "hey i'll have you know my driving speed is most recommended for everyone's driving"

"Whatever lady face I'm just excited to call her i don't know why but i feel like this is gonna be great " Santana said while walking out the doors of the diner with kurt beside her on their way to their apartment where Rachel is ...
