When I saw him standing there I still couldn't believe it. I did hear him yell, but I thought it was just a voice in my head. I slowly cycled towards him, I wish I never arrived next to him. He said hi, just as if nothing happened. It made me confused and angry at the same time. How could someone act so relaxed after they just broke up with the person they said they would never leave! Yes thats  what had happened. Yesterday evening just out of nowhere he had text me the following:

'Dear sweetheart,

It's very hard for me to say this and I don't really know how to, but I have some problems and for that we can no longer be a couple.

Goodbye'

That was it! No further explaining, not even an X at the end! It was just over from one moment to the next. And now he just stood here as if nothing had happened. I said hi back, but wasn't able to look him in the eye, so I cycled towards school.

He came after me and was able to reach my arm. I screamt and fell in the bushes. He followed and ended on top of me. It could have been a very romantic moment and I almost forgot he just broke up with me. He came closer, his lips looked so soft and pink and I drowned in his big blue eyes just as I did when I first met him. I felt I still was so in love with him and I just wanted to stay here, laying together in each others arms. But suddenly I thought about his text and I rapidly pushed him away. I jumped on my bike and cycled away as fast as I could. I have no idea how I was going to explain this to him, but I knew this day I had to make sure I would  hide myself as much as possible to avoid the most awkward conversation ever.
