Chapter 3

-Adrien-

"Ladybug Noooo!" I woke up screaming in the chair next to Marinette in the hospital bed. Her condition was far worse then we thought. She had extreme internal bleeding so they had to do surgery on her and it took hours. If she does not wake up in the next 12 hours then she could die. Why was I thinking about ladybug, I should be focused on Marinette right know, but somehow my mind always travels back to her. My thoughts were inturupted by a mumbling Marinette.

"Adrien" she mumbled in her sleep. She was so cute. I have been having thoughts like this a lot lately. Only I don't no why. As I looked down at her broken body I took her in her beauty. I am in love with her, There's no denying it know. I took her hand in mine and spoke."Mari I don't know if you can hear me but, I'm scared, I'm scared for you and of loosing you. Your my best friend, and I realize now the love of my life. I would do anything for you. And you now that don't you Mari, you are beautiful, sweet, and perfection. Usually I can only let who I truly am put when I'm Chat Noir, but when I'm with you I don't need a mask. So please come back to me. I love you." I wept on the side of her bed sheet. "But I can't be with you cause that wouldn't be fair I gave up on ladybug a long time ago it's just my father and everything-" I couldn't continue any longer I gave Mari a lingering kiss on her lips and went home.

When I got home my father was waiting for me in the main hall of the mansion. I gave him a questioning look, usually he doesn't care what I do as long as I finished my schedule. "Adrien you are now seventeen years old and gosh I don't know how to say this." My father said. "Father please just say it." He nodded, "Okay, the Mayer threatened the Agreste family business, so if you do not Marry Chloe then well." I nodded in agreement. I stormed up to my room and screamed in my pillow.

"Kid you need to calm down. Like right now!" Plagg exclaimed, but I couldn't nobody understands me. The only person that does is Marinette and she's in the hospital because of Chloe! "I'm sorry kid, remember I love you." Plagg said that grabbed my ring off of my finger and flew out the window. I was too busy being upset to care. Then I heard a voice in my head.

"Chat Blanc I can give you the power of destruction and bad luck, also to desive, but in return I require ladybug and Chat Noir miraculous. Now do we have deal?"

"The very thought of it makes me purr."
